She is wonderful!! She takes time to listen and interacts with my son. He loves her. There is hardly any wait time and when you call the office the call you back right away. Highly recommend her!!

The word "livid" and "abandoned" aren't sufficient to describe how I feel right now. I called Dr. Hebert's office and spoke with Griselda, Jamie, Phylicia and Susan now in regards to a prescription that just required a provider to call and clarify application instructions. I provided the phone number to them and explained that my 4 year old daughter 's skin is cracking at every crease, bleeding and open and susceptible to infection and at this point we've only been able to apply topical steroids as the specific lotion ordered by Dr. Hebert years ago has been nationally unavailable for months. There was a shipment received and the delivering pharmacy just needed a phone call or the prescription would be denied and I was assured by staff on multiple occasions in 2 hours that I would get a call back and that the issue would be resolved. Sadly to say, this affected no one in the office, it wasn't their baby or loved one...I DID not receive a phone call, the loop was not closed, no one reached out. The next day the prescription was denied and I was refunded and my daughter has now missed a window to receive the only lotion that has ever worked for her. All because we weren't seen during the pandemic so the clinic could make their money. Not to mention we were scheduled for an appointment in December because that was soonest available. The lack of communication, lack of empathy and sense of urgency in regards to my daughter and a phone call is disheartening. As a clinician myself, I am appalled and as an advocate for my daughter we will not return. I am disgusted at the mere lack to return a phone call of a concerned mother whom had expressed concerns multiple times. My husband even called, if a parent can't advocate for their child with the hopes of a resolved issue or even closed -loop communication, what good is your office staff or those that relay messages and answer your phone calls? What an amazing doctor! My mom got Botox done and she was super careful with her since it was the first time. She explained us everything carefully and was patient with us when we asked questions. I than asked her if she would mind taking a look at me as I had some irrotational skin going on. She immediately said yes! Once she looked at my problem she new exactly what I has prescribed me for some meds and asked me to update them within a week. I honestly felted bot only happy with my mom but also lucky! DO NOT DO INJECTIONS!!! I went in for tear troughs injections she left what is called a ledge. It made my eyes look more sucken. When I went in inquiry about fixing she snapped and did nothing. I had to go another injector to get corrected. You have been warned!!!

We loved Dr Hebert and her staff. She was thorough, supportive, compassionate, and very resourceful. The front desk staff was also kind and professional. Strongly recommend.

Dr Hebert was knowledgeable and professional and with a great personality. She was really good with my toddler who generally doesn’t like doctors offices. He was happy the whole time and hugged her goodbye.

Decent doctor. TERRIBLE staff and wait times. Expect to sit for an hour AFTER your appointment time even if you come half an hour early. Dr. Hebert is good, but the utter incompetence of the staff is reason enough to stay away. Especially if you actually have a job, which they don’t seem to understand.

She abandoned us when our daughter was suffering from extremely eczema. My guess is because she didn’t know how to treat it but wouldn’t admit it. She’s an example of the hubris and lack of care and knowledge of a doctor. Shame on you!

Horrible! Office never returns calls. I went in for simple Botox and one of the doctors convinced me I needed fillers that Botox wasn't what I needed. Huge mistake. They completely messed it up. When I asked then to see Dr Hebert who my appointment was originally with they said Dr Hebert wouldn't see another doctors patients and wanted me to return to the same doctor that messed things up. I still have pain when I smile and their office is doing nothing. They keep saying they will get back to me and nothing. DO NOT GO HERE. My daughter had a procedure done in office that she should've been put to sleep for. Dr Hebert just ignored her screaming and said it couldn't possibly be hurting. The referring doctor said she never should've done it in office and that is why he sent me to a pediatric dermatologist. This office is completely lacking in any professionalism at all. Horrible! I been going to her office since I was 28 years old; now 64. I have fair skin/blue eyes. Thanks to her advance knowledge of the skin, Dr. Hebert's treatment of my sunburn skin (Age 3-28 in the sun w/blisters almost every weekend) saved me from getting skin cancer. She used Retina A on my face to pill off damaged skin AND today I have a flawless face. Who would know that I had blisters on my face all the time when I was young. I highly recommend her for any skin issues. Marilyn Mack 6/13/17
