Dr. Adrian L Burrowes

I have been a patient at this practice since 2021, and I have never felt like a nonentity until I called the office today. The nurse practitioner Sylvia is great but the ladies who answer the phones need training in customer service. First they had me on hold for 45 minutes total. I had two major family incidents in March and needed to reschedule my physical that they had set for 3.29.23 at 11 am at their office. I was placed on hold for 45 mins combined. The fist person I spoke who had place me on hold over 10 mins, so I called back, the second person said hold so she could check to see if they could squeeze me in, never came back on the line, then on my third call this person told me for my insurance they don’t do physicals or vaccines there. So I asked if this was new, because I have received flu vaccines and a physical there in the past. When I shared that she told me that’s how it’s always been , then she became dismissive and silent. After saying hello 3 times she replied I am still here, would you like a manager. I said yes. Simple courtesy can go a long way, just don’t treat patients like they are less than. So disappointed

Compassionate and knowledgeable! Wonderful at explaining what he was checking and why. Gave a great overview of what to expect at Westminster Baldwin.

Excellent doctor, well-coordinated office.

Dr. Burrowes is the best physician in the world. He is up on every health issue and is a great diagnostician. He also has the best “bedside manner” and cares about all of his patients and we all care about him too.

I love Dr. B. I feel like we are collaborators on my health. He is compassionate and knowledgeable. I feel fortunate to have found him.

Wow! I read the reviews prior to going and have to say I concur! I did my annual with another doctor in January and was disappointed with the 5 minutes the provider spent with me and did not show any interest in my well-being. He only asked a few questions and off I was on my merry way. NOW - went to see Dr. Burrowes - he spent a good amount of time with me - reviewed family history, had an EKG, two referrals for additional testing due to my parents having recently passed away. Labs are done in office. Dr. Burrowes was pleasant and genuine and funny :) PERFECTO!

Thank you so much for taking care of my bad tonsillitis, Dr. Burrowes!!!! I was cured in time to attend my granddaughter’s wedding. You are the best!!!!

Best doctor I’ve ever had hands down

Friendly, professional and attended to all my needs. So glad I found this Doctor and his staff!!!!

I really like how the staff get you in, and out. My previous doctor's office, appointments take an half day.

I absolutely love doctor burrowes! Been with cfp for 16+ yrs I believe. (I can't say enough) for this practice and it's staff. I can say in short it's a very happy place.

Doc is sensitive and compassionate and really easy to talk to.

Dr. Burrows is thorough, caring, he listens, and gives feedback. He does not give cookie -cutter answers but treats you like an individual.

Our joint appointment was timely and well handled. We've been with Dr. Burrowes almost 15 years. He is great, a good listener with appropriate feedback and has a sense of humor.

Dr Burrows was up on my diagnosis and clearly explained what had happened to me when I had a stroke. He made medication changes and recommended specialists to see. I felt comfortable under his care.

Dr Burrowes is a caring and attentive MD. He takes the time to review tests and treatment plans in great detail. He is willing to listen and answer every question. Highly recommend.

My wife and I were grateful for the visit with Dr. Burrowes. Our appointment was right on time, the nurse was very knowledgeable in handling all of the initial information, bp, RX orders, and other procedures. Dr. Burrowes was extremely helpful in discussing test results and guiding in further recommendations for treatment. It was a very helpful time with a most competent staff. We highly recommend him and his CFP group.

Dr. Burrowed is an excellent doctor. He cares, and still has the human and compassionate sense that the medical field desperately needs. He listens, and take action to make you feel better and value.

Dr burrowes. is the most loving and caring dr i know he was my mother in laws dr and my husband to be dr hes all out careing dr who I would recommend to anyone thanks Dr burrowes for all you do for me and Ron god bless you

Dr. Burrowes is an excellent physician and a focused practitioner. I worked in the medical field for about 4 years as a Navy Corpsman including working in a the ICU for 2 years in what is now the VA Hospital Lakemont. Dr. Burrowes is even better than my first Doctor as a kid ~ Dr. Ted Dippy who was also an excellent doctor. But I will note that I always got a Lollipop at the end of each visit with Dr. Dippy. Dr Burrowes is a very caring doctor. He always takes the time to listen to his patients concerns and answers any questions they might have. I have been seeing him for several years and always had good experiences. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome and caring doctor.

Went today for a New Patient Appointment. I would Love to give this place more stars since the physician I saw was amazing! However, my first impression with the front staff reflects more of my rating. I didn't get a sense of friendliness or customer service. It seems that they get pretty busy there, but as someone who also works in administration for a medical practice..a smile goes a long way. Again Dr.Burrowes was great! Just would have liked for there to be a more lighter and kinder atmosphere walking in. Went today for a New Patient Appointment. Today 3/18/2022, I had a Telemed visit with Dr Burrowes. He makes a “FaceTime” like appointment seem like a home visit. What a pleasant experience. Always a compassionate ear. Thank you Dr. Burrowes for all you’ve done and continue to do for me. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. P.S. To all of you wonderful ladies in the front desk, YOU ROCK!!! Always pleasant! Dr burrowes is always really chill and the office takes good care of me as a whole!!! I am. Super duper scared of doctors but he explains things very well and does not make you feel dumb for being nervous which is ideal. I have gotten a couple referrals from him as well and all of those doctors have been super good to me too. Super queer friendly, absolute doll. 100000/10 would recommend Dr burrowes is always really chill and the office takes good care of me as a whole!!! I am. Dr. Burrowes office is always very kind and helpful. While Dr. Burrowes has great bedside manner. He answers all your questions and explains anything you may not understand. And most of all Dr. Burrowes has a great sense of humor. Thanks again to all the staff!

Dr. Burrowes allows time for my questions. I never feel rushed or embarrassed by my concerns. He patiently explains what he thinks we need to do. I trust him and his expertise.

Dr. Burrowes is an amazing and compassionate physician. Not only do I recommend him to my patients who need a primary, but he is also my PCP.

Best doctor I’ve ever had hands down

Answered all my questions about my concerns as he has in past visits. I wish all of my doctors were as thorough as he is.

I've been with Dr. Burrowes for 13 years or more, he's the best doctor I've ever had in my life, GREAT customer service and all around great person. I recommend him to anyone who's worthy of him. Awesome ????

Very Caring, shows interest in problems, and a good guy!

Quality time spent with the Dr. Attentive staff and virtually no wait.

The care from Dr. Burrowes is always personal and caring, ha very special doctor. I actually enjoy my visits! The staff is always available to help with questions and referrals. I can't speak highly enough about CFP.

I am always pleased when I need to see a physician at this practice. My regular physician was not in so I met with Dr Burrrowes for the first time. He didn’t rush me and I felt confident they he made the right diagnosis. He was also kind.

The office was able to fit me in at the last moment when I was sick last week. They were very efficient and followed all the current Covid protocols. Dr. Burrowes was pleasant and thorough and has me on the road to recovery. I would highly recommend this physician.

Great patient-doctor rapport. Listens to my concerns and remedies (dependent on condition) as I practice homeopathic solutions in conjunction with modern medicine. It's refreshing have doctors who actually see you as an individual and not a number in today's HMO profit focused system.

The staff is very friendly and nice and Dr. Burrowes was awesome as usual as he addressed all my concerns. I’ve known Dr. Burrowes for approximately 15 years and I would highly recommend him to anyone. The only problem is most patients go to see him, so I have to schedule an appointment about 2 months in advance.
