Absolutely HORRIBLE. He not onot left his phone notifications on audio when I was there with my bf, but also had them turned up very loudly. Super unprofessional to begin with but then kept getting calls, SEVERAL, and kept taking them!! I would’ve been fine if it was an emergency of course or even something important, but these were clearly personal calls and we’re literally talking 4 to 5 calls!! Pathetic enough, but then not even any kind of sorry or excuse me, or anything at all whatsoever!! It was like we were at his house or something, it seriously was just the most bizarre, unprofessional doctor visit I’ve ever witnessed and I’m in professional healthcare. To top it off!!! He was very rough and hasty with the prostate exam with my bf… He l told me after that he hardly used any lubrication and he left in pain. Horrible person. I don’t want to imagine the kind of negligence he has been involved in with actual procedures on people! It seriously scares me and it should you as well!!

Dr. Fawzy is wonderful! Caring, explains everything well.

Dr. Fawzy is very friendly and pleasant. However, his staff is quite the opposite. His receptionists have been rude and unpleasant every time they call. I'm have blood cancer, kidney failure, and heart failure. I still manage to maintain a friendly demeanor. I think its utterly ridiculous that you'd work in a doctors office with sick people, and have such a sour attitude, when you're perfectly healthy. It got to the point that i told them i don't care to see him anymore. Which is kind of sad. Because again, i like him. But i have little patience with rude people. Unfortunately, they're everywhere. Dr Fawzy is great, however the receptionist is so rude as they never say goodbye just hang up on you. If it wasn't for sick people you wouldn't have a job. The sick people have to deal with enough last thing they need is someone to be rude to them.
