Love this office. I have brought all my boys here since they were 2 and not only do we go to Dr. Patel but we also go to Dr. Joe. It’s clean and consistent, and they do an amazing job with everything. Dealing with one office for everything makes my life so much easier. It doesn’t hurt that the kids love this place too!

It's too hard to make an appointment. That's why my children have to miss their classes often.

I had a dentist cleaning appointment today and it went well, it was quick and efficient, though I did get some fluoride in my eyes because I had Invisalign on. The dentist was also very kind!

The dentist (very knowledgeable and caring) and the hygienist were great with my son and personalized the service for him, making him feel very comfortable and the whole process including X-rays very smooth. The facility is very inviting and exciting for kids with bright colors and a play area. And not to mention how clean the facility is.

Ashburn Pediatric Dental is great place for kids specially Dr.Patel and Mr.Laka are wonderful always take care and make your kids to feel comfortable before start routine checkup or cleaning I never disappointed at this place.

Dr. Patel’s office makes taking my kids to the dentist a breeze. The office is clean and everybody that works there is friendly and knowledgeable. My kids especially like the full selection of movies to watch while having any procedure done!

The experience was very good. Left my teeth and my entire mouth feeling good and clean. They offer a lot of options of flavors for the cleaning flourides, so it is a great place for kids. Would totally recommend for any family. When kids are done with their teeth cleaning, they get one coin that gives them a random toy from the plethora of categories they have. On that topic, they have many movies for kids to choose to watch, so the kids never get bored. Also, the kids don't have to wait in the lobby for a long time. The wait time is usually less than 5 minutes, but if they want to, kids and teens can go play games in their designated rooms. There is a kids room to the right when you first enter the building and there is a teen room on the left. In general the building is very clean and I have not seen a single piece of trash on the floor or on a chair. I got two teeth extracted here, and it was very quick and easy. There was little to no bleeding, and they did the procedure very well without making the patient feel nervous or anxious prior to the experience. Another great thing about this dental center is its staff, especially Doctor Patel. He is very humourous and is a great person. He is the G.O.A.T! This is a great pediatric dental office!

Dr Patel and Joe are the best pediatric dentist in this area. They are great, answers all of our questions in detail. I definitely recommend Ashburn Pediatric Dental Center for your child dental needs.

Office staff is really friendly, the office space and decoration is impressive. They have tons of games and activities for kids in the waiting area. It was our first time taking our 2 year old son, and he was happy with this visit. Definitely recommend this place!

Ashburn Pediatric Dentist gets 5 stars and Dean gets 10!! Came here for my daughter's 2 year appointment and their great customer service started with my phone call to set up the appointment (super friendly). I got there and the ladies at the front desk were very sweet and welcoming. Once we filled out paperwork, Dean took us back to our room. I had my baby in the stroller and of course, I forgot to put shoes on my 2 year old..so she helped push the stroller. She put on my daughter's favorite movie, Frozen, and explained what was going to happen at the appointment. She gave the kids goodies, helped calm the baby while I held my daughter during her dental exam. Dean even gave her a balloon at the end which made my daughter so happy. She was very knowledgeable and thorough and answered all my questions. Dr Patel was also great!! He was very patient and took his time explaining things. Even the checkout lady was great. The facility was very clean and SO kid/ teen friendly Overall I would recommend this place many times over ...I wish this was MY dentist office! Thanks APDC and thank you DEAN!!!

We came in for my son’s incisor extraction and Dr. Patel did an excellent job in keeping my kid engaged and pain free throughout the procedure. There was no stress at all. The sister, Jocelyn was very polite with my kid, answering his questions with patience. She made us well informed about the after care routine with great detail. They give a genuine ear to patient needs. Im happy I made a right choice with them.

Good place, good treatment, but bad with accounting and they might add additional services without informing you. I went with my Son for Dental preventive care on first week of June 2022. Then after more than 6 months on December 31st 2022, I received a bill. I called the Office and told them that it was a preventive care visit and usually we don't pay any extra unless we did some additional service. The Office lady told me to check with my Insurance. I then checked with my insurance, and they said there is some kind of additional Xray done which is not usually covered under preventive care. I then called up the Doctor's office again and asked specifically about this Xray. This time the Office lady said that yes, it is an additional service done for kids once every year. I told her that if there is an extra service, the patient should be informed about it before doing it. Then the Office lady said, "ok, I have taken a note now, and we will inform you from next time". Done. So, 1) It was good service, my kid was also happy after his first ever dental visit 2) Bad that they are not transparent. If it is an additional service , we are okay. But we need to be informed about it prior to doing it. 3) Bad that it took the office more than 6 months to send the bill to the insurance
