Dr. Alan S Kagel

Dr. Kagel is the worst therapist I have ever seen. He would pretend that he could not video call me for our appointments when I could hear the sounds of microwaving, driving a car, or opening doors in the background which made it clear to me that he was not focused during my appointments. He would also miss appointments and then pretend that I did not pick up, while never even bothering to follow up. His insurance claims also consistently were filed incorrectly. He gave me horrible advice, discouraging me from seeking out a psychiatrist, and encouraging me to keep up relationships with toxic people. I cannot stress enough how much he set me back in my recovery.

I have been a patient of Dr.Kagles, off-and-on, for about fourteen years. He has helped me in so many ways. I definitely recommend this doctor.
