Great care from Dr. Ng and his team!

Not only have I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Ng I recently saw him as a patient. He is kind, knowledgeable and takes the time to sit and talk with you. He takes the time to answer your questions. He is an excellent physician.

Dr. Ng has been keeping me “on my feet” for years. Whether its injuries, ankle surgery, foot pain - you name it, Dr. Ng always gets me fixed up and back on my way. Beyond being a fantastic surgeon and doctor, he is a great guy, very friendly and patient with explanations and treatment options.

Dr Ng had one of the more challenging cases with my shattered heels. After 8 surgeries in a year and half period he always kept a positive outlook to keep me focused on the recovery and my future. Had it not been for him with his recommendations for infectious disease doctor and wound care doctor and in conjunction with his experience and expertise, I not sure if I would be as active as I am in life. I owe all that to Dr Ng. I will forever be grateful of how much of a master of his craft Dr Ng is.

I am experiencing trouble with both my feet which causes quality of life issues. I felt seen and heard by Dr Ng and so grateful to have found him.

Great surgeons, great staff. Rehab on site. Everything you want to fix your bones. Drs. Ng and Ferrari have both fixed me up.

This person fixed my ankle. I could tell he was an expert and takes pride in his work. He showed me pictures of the repair and I could tell he worked hard to fix it.

An incredible caring doc with great professionalism and compassion for his patients and he specializes in excellent outcomes also. I wholeheartedly recommend this doc as the " go to " resource for any foot related problems you may have.

Dr. Ng is: Professional, knowledgeable, humble-not arrogant, thorough, patient oriented, has an exceptional bedside manner, is a man of the highest integrity, is compassionate, greets with a firm handshake and sincere smile. He is not only an excellent listener, he is an excellent communicator as well. He has never talked over me nor talked down to me nor made assumptions. His treatment is conservative, if and whenever possible. "First do no harm." I count myself fortunate to have him as my physician. Trust is not automatic, it must be earned. Dr. Ng has earned my trust and respect.

Dr. Ng had to take care of two toes over two years due to tophi issues. In 2020 when we moved back to Colorado, I had swelling in one of my right toes. This had been an in going issue for four years. About 4 months prior to our move, an Orthopedic surgeon in California agreed this toe needed surgery to remove crystals that were accumulating in that toe. We agreed it should be done soon and I proposed sometime the next summer would be best. Well we moved in the meantime and I was lucky enough to find Dr. Ng. He took care of that toe and the same situation was developing in a left toe which Dr. Ng took great care to remove more crystals. So hopefully these will not grow back and I appreciate Dr. Ng’s care for my feet.

Each of my visits with Dr. Ng have been on time, professional, educational, and productive towards my therapeutic needs. I appreciate. Ng’s staff being involved for familiarity with my care and therapy. Questions whether a phone call or in person have been able to be answered forming a trusting and positive relationship from day one that has given me reassurance during this long and difficult time of healing. Dr. Ng is the best of the best. He has performed 5 consecutive surgeries over 6 years on my ankle after a tough tackle in sports. He is incredibly knowledgeable, cares deeply about his patients, and will go above and beyond to get you on the mend. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. At only 22, he’s the only reason I’m still able to run and workout! Gave me my life back!

Entire experience was positive. Check in, initial nurse review and Dr. Nag’s explanation - all were thorough and easily understood. I highly recommend Dr. Ng and his staff for their knowledge, approachability and professionalism.

Dr.Ng is hands down the best surgeon here in CO. Ive been a patient since my teen years and he's the reason im able to walk to this day. I wouldn't recommend anyone else if asked

Dr. Ng is the best! He’s not only experienced, but extremely meticulous in diagnosing and providing options. He had me in PT prior to suggesting surgery and explained in detail the recovery process. He has performed surgery on both my wife and myself. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I came to see Dr. Ng after seeing three other specialist and three MRI tests. with foot/ankle problem.

Consultation was awesome. Diagnosis was explained and very informative. He was very nice & thoroughly discussed the process of surgery.

I have the pleasure of being a patient and coworker of Dr Ng’s, and when I hurt my ankle he was the first doctor I thought of. He is dedicated to his patients, efficient, and smart. If you’re ever in need of lower extremity surgery he’s your guy!

I'm an Army Veteran. Dr. Ng gave me a chance to regain a healthier life and his staff supported him in these efforts. I was dealing with a failed surgery to correct a service connected injured flat foot, preformed by a UC Health Foot surgeon. I searched the web for the top 38 best Foot Surgeons in America, and found Dr Ng. Thank God he's from Denver, Colorado. Dr Ng's skills superceded the previous efforts and placed me in a healthy recovery mode. My attitude and foot are greatly improving. He and his staff really took great care of me. The doctor was very understanding of my present situation and the recent surgeries, and suggested alternative foot support. He also spoke with person who would show me items needed to let him know that I would be coming in. I was surprised and impressed by that level of concern.

My husband and I have had surgeries with Dr. Ng and have seen him for many years. He did a total foot reconstruction for me last year, and I am doing exceptionally well. My husband also rates Dr. Ng with 5 stars. We would give him 6 stars if possible. We truly value Dr. Ng and will not see another provider. I need to add that when I first went to his office many years ago, I was limping and in much pain from a failed surgery done by a different practice. Dr. Ng did a corrective surgery, and I could walk again and wear shoes again without pain. We both very highly recommend Dr. Alan Ng.

My son saw Dr. Ng. He is 34 and autistic. Dr. Ng AND his staff were awesome! They were kind, compassionate and thorough. Dr. Ng will be doing surgery on an ankle tumor and my son is so comfortable with him that there is little anxiety. 5 plus stars!

I postponed this boat many times due to my fear of being categorized and my pain written off due to my weight. Dr. No and his staff were nothing but pleasant and professional. They took my concerns to heart and not once labeled my pain as an “obesity only” problem with the only solution being weight loss. I am feeling better working through PT and am getting back to my normal routine.

Dr Ng is an excellent surgeon! He repaired my trimalleolar fracture. He is extremely knowledgeable, surgically talented, and has a friendly and caring demeanor. I would 100% recommend him for any foot and ankle issues!

Easy to talk to, straight forward, clearly know what he is doing. I highly recommend him.

Honest and attentive

I was a new patient consulting him about a Fifth Metatarsal fracture in my foot that appeared not to be healing. He was very professional and extremely personable. After an X-Ray was taken, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the fracture finally did heal. While I did not need any surgical procedure with him, I would completely trust him with my care. I will absolutely refer my family and friends to him should they need any foot/ankle consultations and procedures.

I have worked with Dr.Ng for almost 14 years now. I had a bad initial ingury when I was 10. Dr. Ng just completed my 10th surgery . He has never given up on me, and has always shown me true care and compassion. He cares about his patients as a whole, not just a foot. If it wasnt for Dr. Ng i probably wouldnt be able to walk. Love Dr. Eng. whole experience was quick and thorough. I had foot pain under my metatarsals and he quickly X-rayed, diagnosed, and gave me an injection. I walked out pain free.

Dr Ng is a great doc. Very knowledgeable and explains his plan. Even with tough cases, he does everything he can and doesn't give up.

Fantastic! Excellent diagnosis and treatment recommendations. My appointment was easy to schedule and my appointment was very efficient. Dr. Ng listened to my description of the problem and very quickly identified the source. I could not provide a more energetic recommendation!

Saw Dr Ng’s fellow (a doctor for several years working under supervision as a specialist). A PA previously diagnosed something but that was wrong. Ng’s office diagnosed me correctly so yay! Explained why previous diagnosis was incorrect and made more sense. Wish I had at least had Dr Ng popped his head in as helps with confidence but that didn’t happen. I asked for print out of my visit and got it right away. Professional , prompt and excellent office.

Dr. Ng is fantastic. I originally saw him three years ago for a metatarsal stress fracture. Surgery went off without a hitch. Twelve weeks later back to full strength.

Dr. Ng performed Tarsal Tunnel Surgery on my ankle. He is absolutely caring, a perfectionist, and listens to your concerns. His treatment of care is always the right one! My ankle immediately felt better after the surgery. I didn’t even need any pain medication after surgery! I trust him 100%! He is the most amazing surgeon!

Dr. Ng and his office are fantastic! I first went to Dr. Ng in 2004. He did a lapidus bunionectomy back then and solved all my pain issues. This time I needed an ankle fusion. I didn’t feel like it had been over 15 years since I’d seen him last. He’s personable and easy to talk to. Great at explaining the problem and potential solutions too. And, of course, he does a great job on the surgeries! He even went the extra mile to minimize damage to my tattoo (a running joke). His staff is great too. All professional and very helpful. Dr. Ng is an outstanding podiatric doctor and surgeon. As well, everyone on his team have been great. Dr. Ng cares intentionally for his patients and is knowledgeable in the most up to date technology. You can trust you will get the best outcome for healing, restoration, due to either trauma, treatment or surgery. Appreciate that he listens well and isn’t quick to go to surgery. My S/O had foot surgery with Dr. NG. She really liked him and his apparent knowledge and manner! Our experience with his office was terrible. Our insurance company (Bright) denied the surgery plan. We were told it was up to Dr. Ng to do the appeal. Dr. Ng’s scheduler never picks up her phone, never returns phone calls. We were left with no status information about the appeal and wondering what to do. We were fortunate enough to proceed as cash-pay, so elected to do that. Same story, scheduler does not pick up the phone or return messages. The Day Surgery Center gave us a cash estimate based on the code supplied by Dr. Ng’s office. That estimate more than doubled the week of surgery, from $3222 to $6900. The Surg Center said based on implants requested by the surgeon. We have yet to receive an accounting of whether those implants were used or not. Postoperatively, we were told to make an appointment to see Dr. Ng, within a week after surgery. No appointments available! We ended up seeing an assistant almost two weeks postop. In summary, we liked Dr. Ng and felt he was competent. Although ambushed with pricing, we felt competently cared for at the surgery center. Every organizational and accounting, and communication aspect of his office and the surgery center he used was disappointing. May update: Advanced Ortho (Dr. Ng’s office) management has shown genuine concern for our experience, and we have been working with them to improve their processes. By contrast, the surgery center (Crown Point) appears to have chosen to ignore us. While our experience was not good, I respect and applaud Advanced Ortho’s management interest and efforts to improve! My S/O had foot surgery with Dr. NG. It may be a little early in my first surgery (it was yesterday) with Dr. Ng to provide much of a detailed review, but I will say that I’m very happy with the pre-op consultations and planning for the procedure. Dr. Ng was very straightforward and up front about the diagnosis, alternatives and prognosis. I greatly appreciated that. The procedure seems to have gone well and the post-op pain is manageable. My follow up is next week, and I’ll update this review as my experience matures. I WILL say that the phone scheduling process with Advanced Orthopedics was a bit odd and unfriendly (hence the 4/5 stars). But once at the office, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
