They have been very good to me and my son the staff is very welcoming and friendly we've had ups and downs but no matter what Dr.Ball and his staff have been the best thanks for all your help

This office is amazing my child is never scared to come here.dr ball is kind and fun and his knowledge is far more then any other hemotologist that we have seen. I feel confident in his skills and care.

Dr. Ball is amazing with children! Our 2 year old loves him! I would definitely recommend both Dr. Ball and his amazing staff! Both take time to answer any and all questions and their answers are always in terms you can understand!

Dr. Ball is amazing! He is so caring and genuinely concerned for his patients. I would highly recommend him and Rocky Mt. Children's Pediatric Hematology & Oncology to everyone. Thank you RMC PH&O team for all of your help!

Every single person I came in contact with at the office was kind, professional and very helpful. Dr. Ball took time with us to make sure our questions and concerns were answered and I felt he was very thorough and caring. I absolutely trust that my child is in very good hands with this office emotionally and physically.

Dr. Ball is a warm, compassionate doctor that makes you feel like you belong. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all aspects of your care. I would recommend him to anyone who values their health. Thank you Dr. Ball for being such an amazing person and a fantastic doctor.

We have been seeing Dr. Ball for 4 years now, and couldn't be happier! He always talks to us in a manner we can understand. He loves to just visit and catch up with my daughter, which really makes it feel personal. We have complete trust that he is doing all the right things for her health.

Dr. Ball helped our 5year old son and our whole family through 3 1/2 years of Leukemia treatment. He has an amazing bedside manor that put not only our son, but myself at ease. We completely trust him, his knowledge and recommendations for our son's treatment. He always has time to answer our questions and always makes me feel like we are his priority when we are meeting with him. I'm thankful everyday that he is our son's Oncologist and truly believe he saved our son's life.

Dr. Ball is a kind, gifted, and compassionate doctor. We are grateful to have landed in his capable hands when our daughter battled ITP two years ago. I'll never forget how he rushed in to give us good news or the caring way he spoke to our little girl. We continued to see him throughout her treatment and he was always kind and always had time for us. Our daughter is now 7 and wants to be a hematologist "like Dr. Ball". That is the impact he had on our family. Thank you, Dr. Ball!
