Don't waste your time or money. They scheduled me to be at an appointment the following morning at 8:30am after I left the emergency room with a kidney stone. I arrive to the appointment and they tell me I am not scheduled to come for 3 weeks. I clearly spoke to their staff and was scheduled for 8:30 am that morning but someone in their office screwed up. They tell me I have to come back in another week because of their mistake. I am taking oxycodone every 6hrs for pain, which is not helping. I cannot eat, sleep nor urinate and they want me to wait a week or three weeks. Crazy! BTW the ER doctor said this was an emergency due to the stone blocking my urethra. Terrible, terrible, terrible! Just seen this doctor today ... it was a awful visit ... very displeased and discouraged..he has a very cold bedside manner and told me if he doesn’t find anything I wld just have to live with the pain/ problem... he acted like he knew absolutely nothing about the body at all... I highly advise you to go somewhere else.. I most likely will be canceling my scope with him and going somewhere else as well.. Dr .reine was the most uncomplete professional dr. I've ever met. I have12 kidney stones bilaterally he would not do nothing for this at all not even help break them down. He had a schedulesd surgery for me and canceled it when I got to cmc that day said he had a death in the family all of a sudden. He did not redo that procedure or surgery and did not want to resduled It.if you have any type of mental history or any history at all as I strongly recommend not to see this doctor he has no compassion at least forme he didn't. Absolutely rude and blunt I saw him four times and he did nothing neither time but tell me to change my diet. I've been peeing blood for a long over a year and he told me it's nothing to be worried about. My option he shouldn't even be a doctor if you people off old things and history . Very detailed. Took the time to listen to me and my symptoms, confirmed my symptoms, understanding & plan of care toward a diagnosis.

Dr Reine is incompetent. He diagnosed me with a bladder problem he said he couldn't fix with surgery. I now have a new urologist over a year later who is surgically fixing my problem.
