This doctor does not care about his patients. He is rushed and just checking off boxes so he can get out of there. Long waits every time. At my husband's physical, we waited over an hour to see him. When it was finally our turn, Dr. Bianchi spent less than 10 minutes with my husband when he stopped my husband from speaking and told us we'd have to schedule another appointment to continue discussing his medical needs. Less than 10 minutes into a physical. We were floored. At my last sick appointment, I had bronchitis for a month and he didn't even know what antibiotics his office had already prescribed me for it. He tried to prescribe me one that they already tried and didn't work for me and I had to explain it to him. He obviously doesn't read the chart before coming in to see you. He literally just sees you as a number. Find another doctor.

I used to really like this practice but it has really devolved over the years. Patients are constantly downgraded in the provider they get to see. At the beginning I got appts with Dr. Bianchi, then after 2 years it was with the PA Liza (she's great but not a Dr), after 2 years with Liza it was down to Shanti the nurse practitioner. Only if you have a major problem will you see Bianchi and they don't send you to a specialist unless you demand it. The office very drab, old and sorely in need of an update. The waiting room (being generous to call it that) is a row of chairs. There is no COVID protocol other than stacked up chairs separating patients. All of the staff don't wear masks and during the height of the pandemic they were forcing you to come into the office in order to get a prescription refill. I believe this doctor cares more about making money than anything else. I don't have a problem with a medical practice having a profit goal but they shouldn't treat patients like they are on a production line to generate cash.

Dr. Bianchi and his staff are very thorough and take the time to listen to and address your concerns. The office staff is courteous and will call with reminders.

Absolutely great. Super personable and knows what he’s doing. Very trustworthy and listens to you.

Look to put it simply he's gonna nickle and dime you all he can, all while knowing the bare minimum of family health care. Even if you know youre perfectly healthy and are going for a physical, he'll find some way to make you come back, add an extra charge here or there, but if you ask to see an itemized receipt for what he's charging you for he gets all flustered and suddenly the bill drops back down to what it's supposed to be. Don't go here unless youre a fan of getting ripped off.

Dr. Bianchi is very nice, but you’ll only ever see him one time. It’s really a practice of PA’s/NP’s. Magically every appointment needs multiple follow-ups. Feels like a cash grab with no access to your actual doctor.

Great doc, PA's and staff, trust their care, wait time can vary since they take patients when urgent needed

If you have a complicated chronic illness seek another doctor!

I started going to this doctor because for ease of being close to work and my childcare. Been with this practice for a little over 3 years and never had a problem with contacting them, any staff or medical courses of action. At times I have been seen by nurse practitioners if the doctor is busy. Everyone is on point with charts and where the previous doctor had left off. They always ask if I have concerns or want to cover something they may not have. They really listen.

I have been a patient of Dr Bianchi's for some time now. He is professional, courteous and thorough. He truly cares about his patients. I suffer from several problems and he has always guided me to the best specialists or the the best method to treat my illness.

Dr Bianchi is very thorough in his treatment. He discovered a life threatening situation before any symptoms occurred.that I feel saved my life.

He is a wonderful doctor. He really listens to you and really wants what is best for you. He is a doctor that genuinely cares for his patients. I recommend him to everyone in the area.

First you get shifted from him to another doctor depending on availability. On one occasion he had the wrong patient information for me was reading another persons file Staying with him for convenience.
