Alex Grilli

Dr. Grilli is a wonderful ENT. I had an issue that required me to be seen and his office was able to accomodate me.

I was treated with respect and courtesy by all who I interacted with. Dr. Grilli was very professional and listened to my description of my issue and provided me with the appropriate remedies to alleviate and control my sinus condition. I was very pleased with my visit and feel Dr. Grilli provided me with excellent care.

I visited Dr. Grilli’s office for a new patient consult regarding some ear issues that I’ve been dealing with. When I entered his office (which was 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time), I was given a considerable amount of paperwork to fill out. Little did I know, I’d spend more time filling out the new patient paperwork (it took me about 15-20 minutes) than discussing my ear condition with the physician. After completing my audiogram, I was directed to a treatment room to meet with Dr. Grilli. When he met with me, the entire experience felt rushed (especially for a new patient consult) and the whole discussion with him lasted 5 to 7 minutes. It also felt as if he already knew what he was going to say to me before walking into the room without even examining me because he began discussing how he was going to treat me before he even examined me or had a discussion with me about my condition. I believe that he needs to focus on spending more time listening to his patients.

Extremely happy to find dr Grilli , suffered for years with sinus issues, no real help or diagnosis from many Drs... Quick diagnosis, which was a relief. Sent me promptly for further tests, ready to fix problem.. very sweet/ professional caring Dr. A joy to work with.. Laura R.

Listens, cares and explains stuff. Terrific Doctor.

Saw Dr. Grilli this morning, for the first time. He was very easy to talk to, took time to answer all my questions, he carefully explained each step of the examination procedure and recommendations for further treatment. His Office staff was also personable and professional.

Dr. Grilli did an absolute horrendous job on my Septoplasty/deviated septum surgery. He made the drip and septum worse. I went to a 2nd surgeon and he confirmed with a CT scan that Dr. Grilli did "an awful job" on my septum. I was soo depressed because after the surgery I was constantly swallowing nasal drip and my breath was disgusting. I was even having suicidal thoughts it was so bad. I was considering a law suit but decided to just move on. Dr. Grilli is a nice guy but not a skilled surgeon you can trust. Dr Grilli does an awful job on my septoplasty/turbinate reduction surgery. He made the post nasal drip and congestion a lot worse. Dr. Grilli is a nice guy but not a skilled surgeon you can trust.

I started seeing Dr. Grilli, June of 2018, For a second opinion, I had fluid in my eardrum, one Dr. who I won’t mention told me I had to have day surgery to get the fluid out because it would be too painful to do in the office, well it didn’t work, so that brought me to Dr. Grilli, what a wonderful Dr., he explained EVERYTHING, took his time listen to me and then took care of me in his office, I would recommend Dr. Grilli, and I do if your looking for an eye, ear, nose and throat Dr. he’s it!!!! Dr. Grilli and his team have treated my son for 5 years and they have done an awesome job. I now have an issue and will be going to him. As a nurse with 34 years of experience I hold his and that of his team professionalism in a very high regard.

Dr Grilli is exceptional. He communicates well and is easy to talk to. I feel very confident being under his care. The office staff was very helpful in getting me in early due to a cancellation. His nurse, Denise , was wonderful .

Due to the lack of listening and caring my perfect little boy is now deaf in one ear. Would never trust him with anyone I love again

Extremely thorough, patient, and compassionate. Dr. Grilli listens closely and is an excellent communicator, period. Proactive, responsive, and immensely skilled. 5/5, would recommend.

Dr. Grilli is a kind, informative and incredibly caring Physician. He spends a long time with you on every visit and always answers any questions that you have. I highly recommend him as an ENT Physician.

The best doctor I have ever had. Had my deviated septum fixed and terminates reduced. Nothing was ever painful and the recovery was quick. I was nervous but he talked me through it and made me feel relaxed. If I could give 10 stars I would.

My 15 year old son has seen Dr. Grilli twice in the past couple of weeks. Wish all dr's were as nice and thorough as him! Wonderful doctor, explains everything and it is very apparent that he really cares for his patient's. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great ENT!
