Dr. Philpott was very impressive during my appointment yesterday. Very thorough, not at all rushed. Extremely knowledgeable. It was a real pleasure to interact him. Have already recommended him to a close family member.

He does not appear to treat many females! He made up his mind before I ever walked in that my pain was because of something other than kidney stones despite the confirmed diagnosis because I have a complicated medical history. He kept trying to attribute it to other things in my history despite my telling him this is a new and different kind of pain than that. Then, he kept saying what he does for guys with prostate issues. Umm.. I am a female so not sure how that relates to my kidney stones? He did tests but basically kept brushing me off then wondered why I canceled my 3-month checkup. Why would I keep paying someone who is telling me that my pain is not caused by what they specialize in?

He took excellent care of me and I was recovered much faster than expected.

Dr. Philpott and his staff are wonderful. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you.

Dr. Philpott saved my husbands' life. He is extremely knowledgeable and down to earth and truly cares for his patients! We highly recommend Dr. Philpott.

My husband sees Dr phillpott at TUCC. But the whole staff is great and makes us feel comfortable and explains everything to us fully. They have the ability to do blood work to scans and ultrasounds at the same place.

Dr. Philpott is an excellent physician. He is really a people person as well as a doctor. I was recommended to him by my PCP for possible screening of prostate cancer. In my initial visit with him, it did not take long to find out that we both like Model Trains. Based on what he saw on my first visit, he proposed to do a Prostate Biopsy procedure. Based on the results of that first procedure, he proposed to do a second Prostate Biopsy procedure, he cleared me for prostate cancer.

Treated my prostate cancer and performed prostatectomy and all with good results. Very pleasant doctor to deal with.
