Visits to this office is very frustrating.The wait time is usually over an hr and the office staff is terribly disorganized. Dr A is usually on the phone while you are in session.Calling for an appointment you can never get through. If you do not believe me just try calling

Unavailable. Left high and dry. Trust is hard for me and I know why. Very saddened by my experience.

She really cares about her patients. You're not just a number to her. I moved an hour away and couldn't find a doctor that I felt as comfortable with as I do her. So now I will drive the extra hour. It's well worth it to know that you are in excellent hands when she is your doctor. Love her!!!

I called to set up an appointment to speak with someone, I have been experiencing depression and am in need of some assistance. Anne Marie was very rude, dismissive of my needs, and even told me that they wouldnt be able to help me.

The worst doctor ive EVER seen, in 44 years of being alive. SHE IS A NIGHTMARE. Shes off her rocker, and I dont know why she has a license to practice. So many bad reviews corroborate what Im saying. Hands down the most VILE human being. Called my doctors of 10+ years that I had excellent relationships with and trash mouthed me, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.

Without a shadow of a doubt, Dr. Accardi is hands down, the WORST doctor ive ever seen in 44 years of being alive. She is SO VILE and inappropriate and has done things that she should lose her license to practice medicine for. She called my doctors that I had wonderful relationships with for 10+ years and bad-mouthed me. She is off her rocker, batsh*t crazy. NIGHTMARE

One of the best doctor I have had a pleasure to work with!!! She has been an amazing inspiration in my life and I could not have dealt with all my difficulties in life without her!!!! Dr.Accardi is kind compassionate about all her patients and she’s always been there for all who needs her!!! Such a doctor is hard to come by... I have been seeing Dr. Accardi for years and she is one of the most compassionate people I've ever met. She literally saved my life after I hit rock bottom and brought me back from the deepest, darkest depression. While her practice is busy, she will always find time to see a patient in distress.

Dr. Accardi always went above and beyond for myself and for her other patients. If she had a longer wait time, which was often the case, it was because she was trying her best to help as many people as possible. There should be more doctors out there who are as genuinely caring as her.

Doctor Accardi is a sweetheart. I have been to many addiction doctors and seen the ones who only care about money and treat patients like degenerate addicts. That is not Doctor Accardi. She has a great heart and truly cares about the patients that she sees. She will go above and beyond to help you in anyway she can. She treats everyone with respect. I have seen her for over a year and will not see any other doctor in the Boston area. If you can get with her, she is the best out there.

Dr. Accardi has been my doctor for roughly 10 years. When I first me Alex, she was and still remains one of the most caring and considerate people I have met. I met her when I was pretty much at rock bottom. I had lost hope with everything in my life and she tenderly brought me back to where, although I still am working on different issues, I am functioning as I should. Had I not met Dr. Accardi, Im not sure where I would be in my life at this point. She saved my life!

Dr.Accardi's education and professional experience are outstanding. She truly cares about her patients and works to ensure that the right treatment plan is developed and met. I have been a patient for more than 15 years and wouldn't trade the experience. While I may have to wait longer than I would like sometimes, I realize that it usually because she is handling in-patient psychiatric crises or giving each patient the extra that they need. Most important, I trust and respect her.

I have had the pleasure of being one of Dr. Accardi's patients for the past year. She is a wonderful person who cares deeply for her patients' health and well-being in every aspect. As her patient, I can vouch for her outstanding professionalism and genuine dedication to treating her patients with the ultimate goal of finding the right course of treatment for their respective mental health issues. Keen, kind, empathetic and brilliant, she will help you like no other physician.

Being a patient of Dr. Accardi and referring many friends and relatives for the past 25 years she is absolutely Outstanding ! I would Highly recommend her as she has helped me with my condition. She is a very Warm, Caring and Extremely Compasionate Doctor. She listens to you, never rushes you out of your appointment and treats you as a real person. I have watched her Practice Grow over the years and am so Thankful that she is My Doctor. She is a Real Gift to Psychiatry and her Patients !

There is not enough space to say all the positive things about Dr. Accardi. In short, her schedule is tight and sometimes runs a bit late, but she is trying to meet the the needs for as many clients as possible, whereas other providers won't. She not only listens, but truly hears her clients which makes for a collaborative, respectful relationship. I also value the empathy that she has for her clients and I have never been treated with anything but the highest respect from this competent MD.

Dr. Accardi has been my psychiatrist for over 12 years. I have received unparalleled mental/emotional health care in that time frame. In my 60’s and dealing with PTSD & severe depression for life, I have seen many psychiatrists prior to meeting Dr. Accardi, and I can state unequivocally, that she has provided a level of care and understanding that surpasses, by far, all previous mental health care providers I have ever seen.

I have seen Dr. Accardi for over 20 years. She is professional, caring, and skilled. She truly cares about her patient's wellbeing. She is here for me for the past two decades and has helped to keep my Major Depression in remission. She has helped a lot of people including me, and I am thankful for her work.

Dr. Accardi works tirelessly to serve a population that other psychiatrists, with similar credentials and experience, will not-- these are Medicaid recipients. As the majority of her patients are covered by Masshealth or the state's Managed Care program, services are reimbursed at rates much lower compared to other plans. Accardi works tirelessly to serve a population that is facing a shortage of willing providers and deserves praise and acknowledgment for her dedication and commitment.

Dr. Accardi is a very caring and professional. She really goes to bat for her patients to help them feel better. She is not your typical doctor as far as building a wall with patients. She is honest and forthright in dealing with you. She is a great listener and works together with patients to your better health. She gets 100 percent rating from me.

She is rude to her staff in front of me. For most of my time in her office she was texting on her phone. I did not have her full attention for even the short time in her office. I waited over an hour in a cramped waiting room when she wasn't even in the office on time for my appointment. Openly talked about other patients with me in her office. I found another doctor.
