Dr. Chan is very accessible/ available. He always goes out of his way to accomodate his patients needs or to adjust to issues that may just pop up. (After office hours) Which prevents many uneccessary Emergency rm. visits. Especially, in this "Covid" era, when many pharmacys have ridiculously Short Hours of Operation, or will just Suddenly Close due to lack of help! Many Pharmacy employees also mistake themselves for being Doctors! (Ego-Check) Which Only makes for more Complications, Frustration, Extensive and uneccessary WAIT TIMES, aggravation, Stress, Discrimination, etc. Many feel that they can arbitrarily engage in selective "Policy" implementation! (And let's be Honest. How many times, do they even get it right!??) But, I digress!My point is, this leads inevitably to a call to Dr. Chan's "Emergency" line, vm. Which, he always returns calls and resolves the issues. I have been under Dr Chan's care for 15 yrs. or more, and can say without a doubt that he Cares about his Patients. That they are Comfortable, adjusted, and making progress. He makes it a priority to go below the surface, and get to the root of the problem. To inquire about Family, relationships, financial hardships, work situation and relations as well as, what you are doing to stay active, healthy, engaged, and sober. How are you feeling, doing, helping others and Living. I'm very comfortable with Dr. Chan and would keep him for another 15 years, without question. His Staff are just as helpful, always kind, patient, and accomodationg. They have been there for as long as I have been visiting. And he is lucky to have them. So, are we!
