Call and they leave you waiting. I waited 30 minutes and then I hung up and called back 5 times and they never answered. When you're there you wait 2 hours or even more to be seened every single time.

Long wait times AT TIMES, but diagnoses and once you get seen is well worth it ???????? one of the best doctors I’ve had.

These people will make you wait hours just to get seen ! They tell you it’s not a long wait only 4 people infront and then forget about you came in at 8:20am and I’m still waiting for a room after they’ve seen people who walked in way after me ! Worst experience.

This place is bad, I came in as a new patient a week ago and I had already an appointment and waited 3hours to be seen, nothing really happened on my first visit just told the doctor Alfredo Gonzalez what I was feeling and what my problem was about, but he didn’t seem to care, just took blood sample, came back today and also had an appointment and waited 2hours to be seen and was pointless, he just likes to keep his regular patients coming back because he makes money off of regulars , but new patients it’s hard to get help and they try to prescribe you medicine you don’t need I guess that what they do to bill insurance companies money, he’s a fraud in my point of view, he didn’t help me heal or anything just ignored the issue I had came about and brought up that I had other things just so he can prescribe you medicine you don’t even need.

Bad service.. I returned two weeks later because of the same problem that led me to meet This Place. Speak before I went and so that at least the Assistant Dr. attended me and being in the Place I was wanted to charge a consultation ... Where's your ethic? The manager didn't want to connect me to Dr. or give him my message.... The business before your professionalism ? They have people waiting outside the building while other doctors from the same avenue at least let in the lobby...... Not recommended This place

After waiting over an hour and feeling horrible, I was told by the staff the PA needed to leave at 7:30, so he couldn't see me but for me to go back the following day.
