Dr. Alice R. Riedel

Knowledgeable. Professional. Conscientious. Respectful. Trustworthy. Honest.

I have been a patient since 2011. Nurses will not return a phone call the same day. Takes muliple attmpts to get a question answered. Office visits usually take an hour and a half or longer. Your time doesn't seem to be important. Time to change doctors. Wouldn't recommend going here if you want quick answers. Patients that aren't in the office just aren't important.

Dr. Riedel is the best doctor and I see her in minimum time.

Dr Riedel is the only doctor in all the doctors I have been to in my 75 years that I have complete confidence in totality! I give her credit for saving my life when she found a brain tumor that I had she had test run and set up the doctors to remove it. As you can tell by my writing I think there is no better doctor in this area!

Dr. Riedel and staff at the Willard Clinic were awesome. I was not feeling well and they got me in right away. The staff could see I was not at my best and took care of me with a minimal wait time in the lobby. Dr. Riedel was promptly in my room after a few minutes and showed concern for me and took care of me promptly. I wish more doctors were like her. She is amazing! Gave me great advice care. Thank you Dr. Riedel and Staff... I feel better already!

I have had Dr.Riedel for years. And I have recently moved to Ark.but I will travel the distance to continue having her as my doctor..she is upfront, thorough honest,a sence of humour..an all around wonderful doctor...
