Fraudulent billing and an unethical practice

Gets money from the insurance then tells you the claim is denied and you must pay out of pocket. Only to call your insurance to not only find out she got paid but the check is cashed already. Witnessed this with other patients while I was in the waiting room. Beware, it’s not an accident, it’s a ploy to double dip.

The office and staff were very pleasant. Dr. McCrudden was very knowledgeable,very nice and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone who needed a periodontist.

Dr. McCrudden was a true professional. She explained the whole procedure to me step by step and made sure I wasn't in pain at any point, the surgery went very smoothly and I can finally smile again!

Dr. McCrudden was my answer to my gum disease. She took excellent care of me and all my surgeries went very smoothly and she prepared me for what to expect so there were no surprises. I have been seeing her every 3 months for my cleanings and for the first time in my life my mouth finally feels healthy. Thank you Dr. McCrudden for all that you have done for me!

Dr. Mccrudden is an excellent doctor with very warm bedside manner. She is caring and takes her time explaining her recommendations . The entire office staff is very professional and friendly. Office is immaculately maintained. Highly recommend it!

I would recommend highly. The staff seem to run an efficient operation and the appointment was hassle free. I liked the fact that the place looked new and clean and you are not being treated in some dingy dungeon. The lady Dr./dentist was very good and explained my options pros/cons/risks honestly. Will go again to get the other side done.

I highly recommend Dr. McCrudden. She recently performed a molar implant on me and I am extremely happy with the results and the entire experience. The office staff is very friendly, the office itself is immaculate. Dr. McCrudden has a great approach to the patient, she explains everything and explains it thoroughly. Her pain management skills are exceptional. I was never in any discomfort in any of my visits. Great experience and great results. Thank you Dr. McCrudden

I had a negative surgery experience at Dr. McCrudden's dental practice. I called the office to voice my concerns and was set up to meet with Dr. McCrudden for follow up. While she acknowledged the validity of my concerns, she suggested I work with my general dentist to remedy the issues created by her office. A few days later, I received a bill for the consultation. I have been emailing the office and leaving voice messages with no response.
