Orlando Vic Bautista

I found Dr. Bautista about 3 years ago when my doctor retired. I found his office staff to be kind and helpful, and I appreciated the amount of time he spent with me. He has a very good bedside manner. There were some red flags- I had to ask him to perform certain procedures during my physical which I thought were routine- but his follow up on my blood work was thorough. COVID hit, and I had to reschedule my annual physical. It took months to get a new date. Then his office cancelled that appointment, delaying my physical again by months. Finally, the day before my physical, I get a call that he’s away at a conference all week and needs to reschedule. I complained about the late notice, especially as a conference doesn’t just pop-up. No apology was given until the receptionist looked at call records and realized I wasn’t called earlier. (In fact, I was receiving text confirmations about the appointment.) She promised a call back the next day with an expedited appointment. No call ever came. Despite the kindness of the staff and the doctor, I can’t recommend this practice. My annual physical has been delayed almost a year (beyond COVID’s impact) because of poor practice management. I now have an appointment with another doctor. Dr Bautista and his staff are an amazing group of people who truly make sure that you are taken care of. I have been a patient for, honestly, I don’t know how long, decades, probably. Donna and Zinny are remarkable. They remind me of Radar O’Reilly from MASH. They have the answer before you can get the question out of your mouth. Dr Bautista, always spends the time to talk with you and not rush you. He’s like a friend, actually, I do feel that way. I have been going to him for over 10 years, he is a wonderful Doctor, but now that he has teamed up with St. Catherine, it is by far the worse service I have ever received. The staff are unorganized and very rude. Its takes a week to be seen, by the time I see the Dr im no longer sick. Stay away. Don't waste your time. Sorry Doc. Your staff SUCKS! I have been going to him for over 10 years, he is a wonderful Doctor, but now that he has teamed up with St. Catherine, it is by far the worse service I have ever received. Horrible office!!!! Can NEVER get a person to talk to and when yIf your healthy and don't go there for constant visits they won do leave a message nobody gets back to you!!!!!If our healthy and not there for constant visits they want NOTHING to do with you. They don't do blood tests either.Basically a $$$ grab operation there. Look elsewhere. plenty of customer friendly doctors in that area!!! Horrible office!!!! I have been a patient of his for 17 yrs + and I would never replace him with anyone else. His bedside manner is comforting and reassuring. Any updates or outside medical results he contacts you directly-not through staff keeping it personal.... best feeling ever. And his staff is polite and precise.

I have been going to Dr. Batista for years, they never answer the phone any more until it's after 5 pm , they don't do blood tests or give general physicals except take your blod pressure! Usually when I go, I get told by him, I didn't read your chart- why are you hear? think it"s time for a new DR. !

THEY DONT ASWER THE PHONE...... WHY NOT ??????? IT IS SO FRUSTRATING. Please aswer your phone.

Great doctor!

The staff is neglectful. they never returns phone calls. They dismiss every concern. They literally told me I had to go to a walk in clinic one day because the Dr was too busy to see me. Meanwhile there was nobody in his office. And they knew I was in the ER & they still sent me to a clinic. this week They ignored my husbands phone calls for an appointment Thank god I found another Dr see him because he had several blood clots and If I had waited 1 more week he would have died..Disgraceful & sad
