Dr. Allison A Heider

Was literally near death from a leaky mitral valve ( blood was running up my neck) and congestive heart failure, heart rate so high was told by Cox South in Springfield I was very fortunate that I didn’t have a stroke. Her diagnosis…. I just needed to do yoga! If I would have kept going to her I whole heartedly believe I would be dead. She is a horrible dr. Run don’t walk away from her. And by the way she doesn’t deserve ONE star.

I called on Monday with a UTI. Had many before and knew the symptoms. Was told to that I had to come in Tuesday for a UA lab. Got the lab done on Tues AM. Never heard a word from this office. Called on Wed. Was told UA showed negative-no infection. Was told it " might be bladder spasms caused by caffiene". Then on Friday, received a call from Dr. Heider's office stating "Oh, your UA did show infection". 4 DAYS IN PAIN with misinformation and no help from Dr. Heider's office. NOT ACCEPTABLE CARE!!!!!

We love Dr. Heider. The front office staff is rude and not helpful or considerate. Better service when they were at the previous locaton on Cleveland

Ilove there stuff theyre so good and dr allison was so kind

I think Dr Heider is an excellent physician. She spends adequate time to listen and develops a plan. Sometimes, that includes referring you to a specialist. That is just good doctoring in my opinion.

Kept referring me to other doctors.

Too laid back and sent me to specialists instead of helping me out.

The staff at this office is horrible! Can't get insurance right, no professionalism. Then there the Nurse Practitioner and HEIDER herself. With misdiagnose or pawn the problem off on others, then want you to come back in for more visits. They think people have an endless amount of money to throw to them. TERRIBLE doctor! Find someone else!

She has no bedside manor and to me that is important, don't feel comfortable.. First doctor i ever had that made me feel that way...Going to look for another doctor that i can trust...
