Waited for over a year to actually see the doctor, always the aids. First physical was canceled by the doctor. Rescheduled and the office did not schedule a physical. Scheduled a follow up. Now after finally meeting with her once, she is leaving the office. Not good. Also, to get refills the office does not respond to faxes. Not very happy with my experience there. Dr. Maillliard is very professional and very knowledgeable in her field. She spends a lot of time with you and she will explain or review your test where you understand. She is on top of her knowledge and she is very comfortable to ask for advice to steer you into the right direction.

Listens when you talk and cares about you as a person.

Absolutely adore her. In the time I have lived in the Erie area, she has been the most thorough, helpful, and patient medical professional I have dealt with. I would recommend her to anyone.

Would NEVER recommend. If you dare to ask a question or mention that you read something you'd like to ask about she gets incredibly defensive. Insecure and was not helpful in caring for me or my family. When we left her practice she then gave us the cold shoulder. Very unprofessional!
