I said "it would have been nice if the lady told me when I made the appointment" "well she should have." "She didn't.". I am so impressed with how helpful, kind and professional the entire staff is. I went for consult regarding implants and recommendation for a new general dentist. Best of the best. I had been waiting several months to have a tooth pulled and it was worth the wait. I found his staff to extremely friendly, efficient and very professional. I'm not surprised by this as Dr. Bhandari is the same way. Nobody likes to have their teeth removed and if you are at all hesitant don't be. Dr. Bhandari made sure I knew what was going on at all times. He continually asked me how I was feeling and if I needed more Novocaine. When I did he made sure I got it. I was very nervous but he and his staff put me at ease. It was very quick and painless. A very nice man. I would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. Dr Bhandari was very patient and thorough in consultation and throughout my procedure.

Doctor Bhandari seems to be very nice. But when he wanted to take a special x-ray, I told him that I just had one done. His excuse was, that the bone could have changed since. I wanted him to call my dentist to get the x-ray that was taken. He ignored my request and took one anyway. Then he charged me $200 for it.

Most people who go must pay out of pocket like myself and aren't going for a "routine" visit. Be careful about hidden costs. What they quote is not what you pay. Additional bills come after from other companies and you're not told upfront. Very frustrating when you're on a budget.

He was the kindest man, he explained everything thoroughly throughout the procedure. I was really nervous at having a tooth extracted with only Novocain but he kept me calm throughout. I had little to no pain that day and only slight discomfort the following day. If I ever needed another oral surgeon or anyone asked me for a recommendation I would absolutely recommend him 100%. Dr. Bhandadi was excellent in removing a cracked tooth. Very calming and explained each step. I highly recommend Dr. Bhandadi for any oral surgery or any of the other procedures he specializes in. The office ladies and nurses are very friendly and helpfuI, I was extremely happy with the total experience.

Tooth pain is the worst and so is being afraid of dentists. My experiences with Dr Bhandari have all been wonderful and short!! The three surgeries I had all lasted 10 minutes or 15. He’s quick and painless and helps calm his patients . I would recommend this service to anyone!

Very professional and communicative. Dr Bhandari was gentle and reassuring. I had to have a lot of numbing shots in sensitive area and they were very attentive to my nervousness. I had a question a couple of month later and he called me back with a half an hour. Very pleased - if I need any more oral surgery, I will go here!

My son had to have his wisdom teeth removed immediately because one unexpectedly came through and he was in a ton of pain. They were wonderful about getting us in quickly for a consult and scheduling his surgery. He had it done yesterday and we couldn’t have asked for a better Dr and staff. Answered all our questions and did everything possible to ease nerves. I stayed in with my son until IV was in and everything was explained to him as it was being done. They called to check on him yesterday afternoon and were fabulous in a stressful situation. As any mom knows, surgery of any kind for your child is stressful but they made us so comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you all so much! If any of us ever needed oral surgery again, this is the only place we would go. He prescribed opioids without telling me they were opioids, with instructions that suggested I should keep taking them for days, and without asking whether there was any reason I shouldn't have opioids. And they weren't necessary -- I took OTC painkillers instead, no problem.

Very satisfied with the experience, that I wasn’t looking forward to. He was concerned for my comfort and safety. He told me what I could expect during and afterwards. The office staff was easy to work with setting up my appointment and changing it when the original date wasn’t going to work for me. They called a few hours after I got home to check on me.

I am not a fan of any type of dental work but the doctor and staff were excellent. This was the best dental appointment I have ever had, even with having three teeth pulled.

I recently had a wisdom tooth removed, and Dr. Bhandari and his staff were very professional and worked very efficiently. On top of that, they were friendly and put me at ease during the procedure, explaining every detail and taking care that I felt minimal pain throughout.

Fantastic....very skilled and very calming. A+!!!

The service of Dr. Amar Bhandari of Vestal OMS, 112 Plaza Dr. Vestal, NY. Dr. Amar Bhandari was very inapproprate and unprofessional! He acted in a rash manor. He is not a Dr. to be trusted as he wants only your money. I could go on but I don't want to waste any more of my time on such an individual as discriminating as he is.

Have a few procedures with his office. ALWAYS very helpful and easy to deal with. The best experience I have had in any Doctors office.

Dr. Bhandadi was great. I took two wisdom tooth off weeks ago. During the surgery he kept talking to me trying distract me. I did not feel any pain at all even he did stitching after extraction. And my mouth recovered well!

Dr. Bhandari is amazing. He just took 10 minutes to remove my wisdom teeth which is got infection last Monday. He is very nice and really good at the surgery. I barely felt hurt when he was doing the removel teeth. And now i fully recovery, 100% healthy now with my teeth. Thank you, Dr. Bhandari!
