Amazing providers and excellent care!

Best Doctor ever!!

I called just to see if they were accepting new patients and if they took my insurance. The lady told me I was too young because of the sound of my voice, I told her I was 25 and she said “yeah you’re young”, didn’t give me a chance to speak, then told me they my insurance wasn’t covered said “sorry” and hung up. Dr. Crandall is a genuinely kind patient proactive person. I can’t say enough great things about her. She is a breath of fresh air.

She is amazing very kind and sweet!! Explained everything to me before she did the surgery! Definitely recommend her.

45 min late first appt, Over 1.5 hours late the second, and could not handle being told I didn’t appreciate waiting so long. I have never been treated with so much hostility or disrespect. She told me she “was not the person to mess with” in the midst of a rant about how busy her office was. I am appalled to have had such a nasty, horrific experience with a professional whose care I had waited over two hours total.

Amazing dermatologist.

Dr Crandell immediately diagnosed and treated my rash that 5 other providers could not.

Dr. Colleen Crandell is an amazing Doctor. She takes the time to get to know her patient and her patient’s needs. I highly recommend Dr. Crandell (Southern Tier Dermotology)

As a fair skin redhead I have had lots of sun damaged skin. Dr. Crandall and Dr. Fenkl are the best I have ever been to. They are thorough, listen to their patients and are very competent.

I have been a patient for 8 years and would highly recommend Dr Crandell, it is very possible she saved my life.

Dr. Crandell was kind and compassionate. She spent time with me and explained everything in terms I understood.

She's worth the wait!!

SHE IS EXCEPTIONALLY CARING ABOUT HER PATIENTS TOTAL WELL BEING. VERY NICE LADY.
