Always pleasant and very professional, hardly any wait time ever. If you could say going to the Dr was enjoyable it would be at Dr Webber's.

Had to switch to a different pediatric clinic, I called 6x in one day trying to make an appointment and never even answer the phone. Do not recommend

They NEVER call back with test results. The care for the elderly is pathetic. You only see the PA. I would give a negative star if possible

They don't fill your scripts in a efficient manner my pharmacy sent a fax twice and still after four days no refill very unprofessional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Weber for years. He takes the time to know me as a person and not just a patient. He has a great staff of nurses that make you feel confident in your care.

Whole family has seen Dr Weber for years. He is an excellent listener and helped me with long term illnesses. Office staff are abrupt, disorganized, do not make calls back. Errors with Rx continually sent to wrong pharmacy, wrong Rx, wrong dosage. Wrong coding for hospital nearly had to pay entire bill. Often wait hours to see Dr. I was late 20 minutes because of a train stopped on the tracks, would not see my child.

They don’t ever answer the phone. It says they are open yet no one is there to answer the phone. This is the most unprofessional group of office staff I have ever met. I have been calling for 3 weeks and NO ONE wants to return my call. I’ll be hunting a different doctor for my kid.

I wish I could give a negative star rating. His office staff are so very unprofessional, there is no privacy when they answer the phone. While awaiting my appointment, I heard EVERY SINGLE WORD that was being said to the patient on the phone, including their name. HIPPA is definitely not practiced in this office whatsoever. The staff continued to talk about the patient after hanging up with him. If they do that with patients, what do they say about me or others? I watched staff put on makeup and fix their hair while on the clock. I guess that is ok in this office. I do not understand how Dr. Weber can have such rude, uncaring staff! Even the nurses and NP's were rude as all get out! I will not be back and if I can let everyone know how rude they are, I will! I wish I could give a negative star rating. Honestly thought Dr.Weber was better than how he last portrayed himself. Husband finally got to meet him and then the Dr did a complete 180. Everything he recently told me was the opposite from the previous appointment. His facility has told me I had 4 weeks from my due date while every other facility I’ve gone to has told me I’m DUE to deliver any day. It is complicated to change OBs but I refuse to go back for him to deliver. If you want respect for your health and your babies health I recommend not going here. Dr Weber is the best!!

He's a great Doctor and has Dean Cares good job

I love Dr. Weber, he’s very professional and kind. The nurses there are kind as well, they make you feel comfortable. I always recommend Dr. Weber to anyone, his staff is nice as well. I have never had any problems here

We arrived at our appointment at 11 and were made to wait an hour and a half. I was really excited to meet Dr Weber as he came highly recommended. He also preformed the circumcision on my son so I really wanted him to see the same Dr. When I asked if we needed to reschedule I was told it'd be another 5 minutes, (I was told this twice 20 min apart) finally they said they'd get us in the room but there are still3 people ahead of us. I asked to reschedule and was told we can seek out a different dr with less patient volume and was told to go to the clinic by the high school. So we are now headed home without our son being seen and I am so disappointed in how we were treated and talked too. If I could leave zero stars I would strictly based on how we were treated by the front staff. If they knew they were running hours behind they should have told us and offered to reschedule or at least let us go home and call when we'd actually get in and we would have headed back to get our son seen.

Dr weber is amazing but his staffing is horrible!

Every time I've gone to this office there's issues. A few months back the front desk was extremely unprofessional and rude. It's like they don't want to schedule you and if you do get an appointment it's never with Dr. Weber. We went back recently and waited over an hour before they took my copay. They had lost my child's chart . Then after leaving there was issues with the pharmacy getting the prescription. After they did receive it, there was an issue with the way the prescription was written. It was just tamiflu?? Here it is after 3 pm and I'm still in lingo with both the office and pharmacy. Real personable and the best doc and staff

Perfect. People are nice, friendly & very helpful. Alot BETTER than other clinics that we've been too besides Dr Gadberry's office.

Actually listens to you and tries his best to help or refer you to someonewho can help. Staff is excellent and extremely accommodating if your situation is harder than usual. They have gone above and beyond to help my babies and I. He delivered my third, a baby girl, and was by FAR the best doctor I've had through my three deliveries. Super patient, kind, compassionate, and caring. Look no further.

The receptionist that answers the phone will not let you in to see the physicians. Dr. Weber and Cates need to get a friendlier receptionist.

I love Dr. Webber himself, but have to leave off two stars for the clinic because his reception staff, especially Ruby, are incredible rude and short. I’ll raise my rating when he gets new staff.
