Dr Soin is amazing. I can't say that about some of his staff. They don't return calls. Waiting for prior authorization over 2 weeks and not a word from them with leaving messages.

I would recommend to family and friends.

Everything went very well.

Dr. Soin has been so compassionate with me! I suffer from severe migraines and Dr. SOIN has gone above and beyond to help me through medication trials and solutions! I love how friendly the staff ALWAYS is, and how knowledgeable they are!!!

I always love the time that I have to come in to have anything done during my visits the staff is always friendly and even though I may have to have shots or hear something I might not want too the staff makes sure that I feel like I’m not alone!

Does a great job, has a very courteous staff. I would recommend anyone with ongoing or any intense pain,to give him a call.

The Ohio Pain Clinic is a professional medical facility with a superior medical and administrative staffs. All members of the staff were efficient and supportive of my needs and concerns.

Dr Soin, in my opinion, is the best management specialist there is. He is smart in both his diagnosis and treatment! He is also very kind as he patiently explains his diagnosis and approach in detail. I have a much better quality of life because of him.

I have chronic pain throughout my body and several joint replacements. Dr. Soin has improved my pain and really cares about his patients.

Everything went like clockwork. My procedure went well and I walked out on my own accord in about a half an hour. Finally a Dr that got to the bottom of my problem. Went to see Dr Soin on a Wednesday and my procedure was that Friday. Hard to believe since I had been dealing with this with another group for 6 months. Thank you.

Dr. Soin is the best! He's caring, professional, courteous, and so friendly. He went to bat with my insurance company to take care of me. Had a procedure yesterday that's left me feeling better and more mobile than I've been in a very long time!

I had visited Dr. Soin’s practice several times in the past. Mostly I was very satisfied. This last time was exceptional. The only negative I had was I had to wait so long since the anesthesiologist was not available, but it is only two days postop, I feel better than I have in years. I’m not going to call it a miracle, but give it another week.

The office is clean, professionally run, and the team is coordinated and polite. Each appointment for treatment was handled efficiently and quickly. I was really impressed. Dr. Soin is pleasant and knows his stuff. My pain levels have dropped significantly under his care.

The first experience was wonderful, polite and friendly, and Dr was a listener which is sometimes rare these days, especially discussing overall pain, glad for the referral but after the treatment that failed, his office called and prescribed medication that I was allergic to and undoubtedly they didn't read my chart after asking numerous times the same question, I was seriously ill, won't return or recommend

Dr Soin is very concerned about his patients comfort. My pain has decreased a lot since being seen by Dr Soin, without strong medication.

Have had spine issues and have experienced pain most of my adult life. Thanks to Dr Soin I have been able to live pain free.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Soin for going on 8 years. In my opinion, Dr. Soin is a calm, kind, and gentle soul. Those are qualities that pain patients appreciate; and those qualities are largely reflected in his nursing staff as well. The Ohio Pain Clinic is a very comfortable place—there’s a room for filling out initial paperwork that has comfortable seating with patients able to maintain the 6’ distance should they wish. When your finished with the paperwork, you’re escorted to the room where they do physical checks BP/pulse/temp. You do not have to take your clothes off and put on a gown—just a hair net. The chair in there is a recliner type so if you’re feeling dizzy or something after the procedure you can rest there. After physical checks, you’re escorted to the procedure room; get on the table with helpers; Dr. Soin gives the injection; get off the table with helpers; you’re escorted back to your assigned room; you’re checked out; and you’re good to go. Start to finish it’s probably ½ hour. I’ve become a chronic pain patient after a bad fall and even worse case management and I’ve come to really appreciate good seating and good timing. I have to keep moving. I was stuck in a hospital type chair for over an hour recently and I was in agony. I won't be going back to that office. I’ve never seen or heard of this happening at Dr. Soin’s Ohio Pain Clinic. I want to further mention that I have therapy at another place where many of Dr. Soin’s patients go. The management and therapists all like him and admire the work he does.
