Dr. Shah put me at ease immediately, seemed interested in what I had to say, and explained why I was having my problem wile suggesting a reasonable fix. He knew what he was talking about and didn’t rush me. He gave me a clear plan of action…and hope.

I am glad Ketan Shah MD is the doctor I have been seeing. All the other personal have been kind and helpful.

This has been the third time that I have had cancer and I was so glad that I was able to have Dr Shah each time. He takes the time to listen to me but he also tells it like it is. I would highly recommend him and the staff at Dayton physicians.

I always have a positive experience at this facility. Everyone is competent and helpful. I appreciate this place and the staff here very much.

Very rude and uncompassionate always seem to be in a rush every time I have seen him in office. Don't investigate the problem that I have been having just suggest IV iron every time for the past 3 years. Very disrespectful and did not make me feel like he even cared about me as a pt or the issues that I have been having (I also let him know this on several occasions) This last time I had it after I broke down in tears in his office explaining that he isn't helping me he called me while I'm boo hooing in my car in the parking lot to tell me what my labs were since he couldn't find them while I was in there for appointment and was just taken before I saw him 20mins prior. I questioned why he hasn't helped me to investigate further and he hung up the phone on me. I have never felt so humiliated, disrespected and belittled in my life from a physician in my life. I will never recommend him to anyone. This is unacceptable to me and no pt should ever have to go through

Dr. Shah always treats me with respect and kindness. He listens to me and always makes sure to ask me if I have any questions and if so he finds me an answer, In a world that one kind act can make a world of difference this man shines. Friendly, courteous, helpful and professional from the moment you walk into the office!

I love the nursing and Dr staff at GDCC! What's They always look out for my best interest in health!

Dr. Shah is definitely the doctor I need for my treatments. He is straight forward and his passion and caring is definitely to help me fight this Cancer.

Easy to deal with. Has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Horrible bedside manner!I had surgery that lead to complications in which I had to see Dr.Shah.He said I was complaining when listing my symptoms.He was rude judgmental and uncompassionate.He was very rushed.I had a rash from possible medication allergy and he wouldnt even look at it.I have NEVER felt so demeaned by a health care provider.I will not be returning for a follow up and I would not recommend him.

I would recommend Dr. Shah, he is now working with me on my Blood count issue ruling out Leukemia I pray. Talks, listens and explains things well.
