If you are trying to set an appointment with Dr. Amy Nguyen for any type of ear issue, it's best to find another doctor. I walked into the office perfectly fine with hearing and left with one ear not able to function properly. I have been prescribed a medication that only made my symptoms worse and when I informed Dr. Nguyen, she would give an approach as if my pain is inaccurate. Overall, she did not want to assist her own patient. On the other hand, the front staff would make a diagnosis to keep using the medication even if the dangerous side effects showed. If you are trying to set an appointment with Dr. Amy Nguyen for any type of ear issue, it's best to find another doctor. I walked into the office perfectly fine with hearing and left with one ear not able to function properly. I had very basic ear problems that Dr. Amy Nguyen was not able to help with let alone diagnose. She was not knowledgeable with certain popular procedures and all in all did not seem like she wanted to help. Staff was also apathetic on the phone. I wasted a lot of time here.

EXCELLENT Dr. through and explains everything so you can understand it.

I love the doctor she is nice, she explains everything so the patient could understand and the secretaries are are very nice as well
