Excellent care and a great staff always helpful and very nice to everyone

The staff is very attentive and supportive. Dr. Said is both caring and compassionate and gave me undivided attention on my visit.

How can I start this. I still can't believe how they treat me today after I go for complaint about an employee that were giving me wrong information . I being calling them and emailing them about my college forms and when I call them to see what is the result of my test for the vaccine of my college . They told me that they already called me and they already told me on the phone everything. And when I told them that I haven't receive any thing from anybody . The nurse who answer the phone she keep yelling and she keep saying that they did. And when I told her that I have all phone calls that I had with the office and no call me . She got mad and then she said alright will call you on Monday and she hung up the phone on me. And on Monday J went to see what's going on and I asked them to talk to a supervisor about what happened because I don't know why she keep saying that she called me when I am telling her that no call me. And then the supervisor talked to me and she didn't even let me have a seat or something . So by the door I was trying to explain to her what happen and she start cutting me off and she being so rude to me and she said that she was there when they called me. And then when I told her about the calls that I have she told me " I don't have time to listen to this and I don't want to" and I asked her if she has the record of their call that they keep saying that was in Tuesday and she said NO i don't have the record call . And then she open the door and she told me to go out because she don't wanna listen to me J can't believe the way how she kick a patient out because i was trying to understand . And then she call me rude even she was rude . And disrespectful ...I never being disrespect like this in my life. I pay all my visits and I have my insurance and I pay my taxes and then be kicked out from my dr office just because I want to understand why they lie to me . I can't believe it do not go their . Things was really good 2 years ago when my dr was Said . But now lot of things changed. And they are not respectful and they doesn't care anymore about patients at all. I will change this Dr. I can't put my health at risk with these people . How can I start this. Best doctor ever

Truly Incredible to find a dr & practice who cares for their patients as much as Dr. Said & his staff. I am truly blessed to have them as part of my healthcare team!!

Dr. Said and his staff are great. This is honestly the best doctor I have seen. The staff is wonderful. They actually care about their clients and gave me options as other doctors never explained the options I had. I recommend this office over any!! Also every other doctor had me waiting weeks when I first was looking for a doctor. First time I called and told Donna that me and my husband were sick she got me in that day!!! it was excellent visit , Dr Said he is the best of the best. i was very satisfy with his way of treatment.

I went to him to get a prescription for medical marijuana for my MS pain. Everyone in his office were extremely pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to return to him again.

Most excellent doctor who the time to actually lsiten to his patients. Very kind and intelligent! He actually recommended reading materials and has a very gentle demeanor. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Avoid like the plague. He is a scam doctor who charges $1,300 for a basic $50 lab screen while lying to your face that it is covered/free of charge. Aka fraud. Avoid at all costs if you're a decent person and don't want to deal with fraudsters. I only found out because I was deliberate about reviewing all my bills/charges.

This man saved my life. Sober 4 years with his kindness, empathy & understanding. I love the whole staff - Britney, Donna, Ursula & everyone there. I wouldn’t consider any other doctor for my needs as a recovering addict.

I can tell you this... I have been looking for a specialty doctor since I moved here three months ago, and waited until the last minute... a website matched me up with Dr Said as an ideal physician, and not only is his staff polite and very kind, but I have an appointment right away. Great start Dr Said! More to come... First, i have to say that May Mayare's review below is ridiculously unrealistic based on my experience here, to the point that it is impossible to believe, and i reported it as abusive, also, the review from Mehyar A is also totally a false review, this is a doctor who is set up to help people, there is nothing to even remotely substantiate an "initial visit" with a receptionist that would be billable, this practice gives a minimal form to fill out then they see you in a professional capacity, the receptionist is a total sweetheart, and both these people who wrote these reviews have obviously never even walked in the door.. My Experience: I came to the office of Dr Said hoping to have help and fast, and was a bit concerned, as i have found resistance so far in CT to have ANY sympathetic specialist in my search for over two weeks, that being said I was skeptical.. BUT i called on Thursday, was offered an appointment Friday morning(that is amazing), but since i have a serious 8-5 job i asked if they were opened Saturday.. they said "absolutely, when is it good for you" They didn't grill me about insurance, and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience, they just gave me a time i asked for, and i showed up. I arrived, and without delay was handed paperwork which i filled out, i waited no more than 10 minutes before i was told to "come on back". I got to a room, a very pleasant nurse took my blood pressure, and then 3-4 minutes later a NP with the greatest bedside manner i have EVER seen, Juanita(i mean it, she is Nobel Prize physician material) and an extremely pleasant NP in training named Heather, walked in, asked me the basics, and not only made me feel at ease but let me know they were there to help, and they were genuine, right up to helping me with treatment and knew what local pharmacy would have what i needed in stock, that is unheard of. I do not write long reviews in general.... But people like Juanita and Dr Said deserve a comprehensive review. I am proud to tell anyone reading this that Juanita and Dr Said are true nonjudgmental professionals that run an office where the moment you step in, you are proud you chose to make your appointment, i had no idea i would be treated with such respect and that this would be an office with such a family feel. Dr Said and Juanita: Thank you so much for being such a caring and amazing practice, i will look forward to every future visit, wish i could give you ten stars. I can tell you this... Made an appointment online said was taking new patients. Took time off work to go to appointment showed up early to do paperwork and was told no new patients. Said sent email back but nothing no phone call nothing wasted my time upset

He was amazing point blank!! My total wait time ever, is 5 minutes.He actually listened and cared and responded with knowledgeabl input, he was giving me a fighting chance to be in the best health possible! He never made me feel pressured to take medication I did not need, and he gave me samples of meds to see if they worked, before taking the plunge to actually paying for them.I've never been to a more understanding, knowledgeable, accommodating, competent doctor before!! Welcoming surprise
