I scheduled an appt on yesterday for today at 10am, I arrived about 8 mins early and the office is closed. I was not contacted or made aware the office would be closed today. Why schedule me an appt if the office would not be open. I basically made a blank trip and I really needed to be seen.

Dr. Fleming just put me out her office didn’t see me or nothing mad because the person before me feed her dogs candy !! Never will I go to her again ‼️

Worst experience. My loved one experienced her rude and nasty attitude. She didn't try to be understanding and helpful with loved one.

Rude! Rude! Rude! This office needs better front desk staffing! I made an appointment over a week ago and they lady was short and abrupt over the phone, but I assumed it was because they were busy. I asked if they took BCBS for City of Memphis they said yes. I show up today for my appointment and first off receive no greeting at the front desk. I walk in and no other patients in the front, the staff member says to me "let me give you your paperwork and take you to a room to fill it out" ! She doesn't say hello first, how are you. Nothing! Then after I fill out all my paperwork, she states we don't take the S plan! Really? That should have been asked when I stated what plan I had over the phone. So then she behaves as if I'm bothering her when I ask "how much is self pay"? After several aspirated breaths, she states "mam just wait and let me take care of this person on the phone and then I'll check for you" Keep in mind this was after she tried to tell me my insurance was no good in Shelby County (my primary is in Shelby County and so are most of the people who work for Memphis who have BCBS)! I love Dr.Fleming, lol. At first, I didn't like her, but I loved how blunt she was. Most people can't handle a person who doesn't filter their words, but you have to understand she means NO HARM, she's just going to be real with you. Dr Fleming save my life . I was walking around sick with untreated diabetes. She tested and treated me immediately. U can live a normal life again. Thanks so much !

I should have read the reviews FIRST! My teen daughter was referred to Dr Fleming. I called to make the appointment, the staff was very rude and left me on hold for 10mns. I called back she screamed and yelled that I should "Hold On" cause it takes a minute! Seriously she left me on hold for another 10mns. I called back she answered the phone yelling, saying Do you want to make an appointment or not. I explained that this is an appointment for a new patient&I didn't appreciate how rude she was. Whoever the person is that answer the phone overtalked me and hung up in my face. I called back she hung up again and sent me straight to voicemail. Thank goodness the lack of professionalism from her office brought me straight to these awful reviews. I absolutely adore Dr. Fleming! She delivered my 2nd child! I wanted her to deliver my 3rd this year, but unfortunately she wasn't doing deliveries at the time. She always listens to me and does my references because I have some underlying conditions. Also her office staff that I have encountered through the years were always sweet and pleasant! Dr. Fleming is very blunt which I like because she thoroughly explained my medical situation and suggested serveral options. She encouraged me that things will be ok....I love it and recommendate her to anyone who want a direct medical provider.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Only use this doctor if you want to be cussed at and told panic information and then be Unable to reach her. What doctor tells their patient that they might have Covid according to some test results that they will call you back and they never called you back and also closes the business so that your left in a state of panic with no one to reach out to you with your questions. “Dr.” Fleming is the absolute worst OBGYN I have EVER encountered. Under no circumstances would I EVER trust her to deliver even remotely quality routine gynecological care.. much less to deliver a child. She acts like a child herself. Rude, arrogant, dismissive.. just wants to throw prescriptions at you. Orders pain meds PRN when not even needed because she’s too lazy to be bothered if a patient should actually need them, and flat out refused to do her job in taking care of my prenatal needs because she claimed “United health care wouldn’t let her,” mind you this was bloood work and a referral for a 20 wk anatomy scan (which her office staff even told me they would be able to do on 3 separate occasions, but it would be 3 weeks past the day I told them UHC approved the referral until I could find a new job) but when I showed up for said referral, she refused, even with a UHC representative on the phone approving the referral. They suggested I lodge a complaint, which I fully intend to. Along with reports to the state medical board, AMA, ethics board, and also plan to seek legal action for medical negligence, and emotional distress during pregnancy. No one I have ever spoke to enjoyed their experience with her, most frequent complaint being that she is flat out rude. “Dr.” Fleming is the absolute worst OBGYN I have EVER encountered. She's very unprofessional in every shape & form. Talk to you any kind've way she wants, cusses at you everything. I would not trust her AT ALL to deliver my child. I had blood work done for the gender/Check-up 2 weeks late because she kept rescheduling my appointment. It's now week 5 & yet still have not got the results. She promised to have them back in 5-7 days, so i planned my gender reveal & had to reschedule it twice because she would say "Don't you think I would call when I got them, They aren't here okay". She still hasn't called nor called to have me seen for this month.. I'm going on 6 weeks not being seen. Getting a new doctor today. She's very unprofessional in every shape & form. Dr. Fleming was very nice and had a great personality, however she did not inform me that she can no longer deliver babies. She didn't inform me of that and it's honestly kind of sketchy. I went to see her pregnant and you would think she would have told me that.

Dr. Fleming is very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Last year, I was privileged to have her deliver my son. She is the best. Any of my future pregnancies will under the care of Dr. Fleming

worst experience ever. if you are considering this doctor, turn around and RUN.

She is not safe. She almost killed my nephew because she couldn’t use the forceps right and broke his skull. St. Francis Bartlett won’t let her deliver there anymore, and that says a lot. I overheard the nurses talk about how they have to have two nurses in each of her deliveries because she either hurts the mom or the baby.

I used Dr Fleming from 6 weeks pregnant until 39 weeks . The day before I was supposed to have my SCHEDULED c section , I called hospital to confirm and it was never scheduled by her. When I called her to see why and make sure it got taken care of she told me we had never discussed it and we certainly did 2 weeks in a row before hand. She was extremely rude, yelled at me , hung up on me , and dropped me as her patient ! At 39 weeks! Other times I had called her throughout my pregnancy I was told she would call me back and would never do it, when I had a question about my ubilical hernia she had her front desk staff to just tell me to go to the hospital and wouldn't get on the phone with me , we had no problems throughout my visits up until the end. She flipped her script and because extremely bipolar leaving me without a doctor in a panic I was a complete mess crying my eyes out. I don't recommend using her. At all. I've never even heard of what happened to me happening to anybody. It stressed me out to the extreme and I spent my entire day franticly looking for a doctor who would take me last minute to.schedule my c section. It was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. And to act like it was never discussed blows my mind. Just don't put yourself through this. I don't wish it on anybody. No mother should go through being that stressed out ! Great doctor. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends. In a world where most doctors are rushing you out of the door, Dr. Fleming takes time to listen to her patients' concerns.

This was the worst experience I had ever experienced. She was my GYNECOLOGIST before I discovered I was pregnant. This lady was writing me prescription that were not recommended for an expectant mother at all. Long story short I lost my unborn son at 6months and 5day. Fleming should not be practicing medicine point blank period.

I am reading the reviews and I am very surprised by the comments. Dr. Fleming has been very supportive and I feel she's cares about my health. I like that she calls me out when I am not taking care of myself properly. I don't take it as rude but I can see how someone could take it the wrong way. I will say the staff at the front desk has changed over the years and there have been times they needed more training. I have seen her correcting the staff at the desk and training them when I was in the waiting room. She's very involved. Wait times can be long with an appointment. Everyone's entitled to their own opininon and if I have a bad experience in the future I feel comfortable telling her immediately and finding a new doctor..... I wonder if she has seen theses comments? I am recommending anyone looking to form your own opinion of her... These reviews are horrible. Same day cancelations that left me already off work for a scheduled appt that they couldnt see me. I understand the nature of labor and delivery but i cant afford to take off work multiple times for a simple yearly pap. Pick an office with more than one provider.

Dr. Fleming is friendly and made me feel at ease during my exam. She took time to answer my questions and explain things in a way that I could understand. Truly a great doctor with helpful staff. I trust her wholeheartedly!

I love Dr. Fleming! She tells it like it is, most patients want their doctor to sugar coat things. I don't like doctors like that, and that is not her. She is about to deliver my third baby and I will continue to go to her for care once baby is born. I highly recommend her to anyone who is high risk!

Your pregnacy time shouid b something you can enjoy about it. But, if your Dr is fleming u will feel sad about it everytime u go for a check up..one word..dont ever go to this place. Its a hell..

Stay away. I thought she was okay at first because she was referred by my retiring gynecologist, whom I thought very highly of. She is rude, aggressive, and has incompetent staff. I called in August to schedule my yearly appointment and it is now December and I haven't received a call back yet.

I've had a great experience with Dr. Fleming. I'm glad I chose her as my OB.

My family and I love her she's so funny and down to earth. Dr. Fleming makes you feel comfortable enough to open up to her. I havent had and good OB Dr. Since Joesph DeFranco lol and she is the way. All thanks go to him.

This is my sisters Dr, and both my daughters in college use her...Dr Fleming's specialty is women's issues and she knows her stuff...We will keep coming back and definitely recommend her services.

I do not understand how someone so unprofessional could hold a doctors degree. She is very urban, unprofessional, disrespectful and has poor bedside manner! Walked in on her talking about a patient in a very derogatory manner that sounded very racist! I really liked Dr. Fleming but the staff was HORRIBLE!! I needed a script filled that they had called in for me. When the pharmacist asked the office to call my insurance for prior authorization they didn't want to. Said it "wasn't worth the time because they wouldn't cover it." They lady eventually "agreed" to do it and told the pharmacist they "left a message with the insurance". I called the insurance company and they said that it was impossible to leave a message that it was a 24 hour call center. I then went by the office and was treated horribly by the rude staff. They denied they had even talked to the pharmacist. I got the pharmacist on the phone so she could talk to them which they refused to do. At a later date I made an apt to talk to Dr. Fleming about the incident and was told she would not see me. I will do everything I can to let everyone know of my experience.
