From the front line Receptionist, to the Lab Assistant, to the vitals Nurse to Dr. Beardsley himself, to the shot room staff Nurse, all those encountered were friendly and gentle professionals… which gives you comfort to your visit.

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. You never feel like you’re being rushed, everyone seems to be concerned about how you were feeling. And the expertise of everyone is obvious. For example Mary, who took my blood so expertly that I didn’t even feel the needle. And I usually am someone that is hard to get blood from. And she was just cheerful and chatty the whole time. All of the people at the different desks went out of their way to be pleasant. And Dr. Beardsley never makes you feel like you’re rushed. When you’re with him he takes time to answer your questions, to ask questions, and to make sure that you are completely informed. Dr. Beardsley has always throughly explained my condition and addressed my concerns. My appointment has never felt rushed. I completely trust Dr. Beardsley’s knowledge and decisions as to the best options for my health care. The staff is friendly and I am pleased with the care I’ve been given.
