Dr Courson is very smart. He explains everything systematically. He listens to you. His staff is also very good at their jobs.

MARY LOU CAME TF THROUGH she scheduled me an appointment with a heart Dr that same Friday and literally with all of her hardwork we got my surgery clearance yesterday 10 min before the office closed. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 pm 2/25/22. Without contacting me or letting me know they changed the appointment to 9:15 2/25/22 I had a confirmation text the day before that it was at 1:30 and then get a call saying that my appointment is missed. I’ve been seeing Dr C. for about two years now. He has been very forward and honest with me. He’s a no BS kind of guy. Always, looking out for my best interest health wise. I strongly recommend him for any ENT issues. Dr C. and his staff are very kind and professional every time I have a follow up.

Saw dr and didn’t feel like he was listening to the problem since we were getting a second opinion from another dr in his office. After ordering sinus Ct, no one ever called with results and after leaving 3 messages, someone finally called back to say they didn’t find anything. ??

Very organized, office staff friendly and pleasant. The facility was very clean. Dr. Courson was very friendly and on time. My only suggestion would be more lighting outside. We arrived at 6am and it was very dark which made it confusing.

Dr Courson has a methodical approach and is comforting to receive explanations of the course of action before and during a procedure. Check- in process of the practice is flawless.

Dr. Courson is an excellent ENT doctor. He is up to date on all the new procedures to help those like myself, who have suffered with sinus issues and nasal polyps. I can finally breathe through my nose again!! Thank you!!

I was nervous going into the office, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff within office was helpful and friendly. They had everything cleaned, sanitized, and ready to go for me. The doctor was amazing and walked me through all of my concerns. I appreciated that he took the time to give me options for things I could take medicine for and others that I could use at home remedies for. Dr. Courson and his staff were welcoming and friendly. Their COVID-19 procedure for checking in was quick and simple. Dr. Courson was professional, yet friendly. He clearly explained his prognosis and made a quick referral for me to see a specialist in his group that handles my health needs.

The staff is the best!! The are so sweet and very hands on. Answered all our question without hesitation. They allowed my 2 year old to color on the bed while she waited to have her surgery. Highly recommend them!

I have had ear/hearing issues my entire life, so I have seen many ENT’s. I even worked for an ENT in Missouri. I have ETD and on going sinuses infections which effected my hearing. Dr Courson’s diagnosis and treatment plan has helped my condition exponentially! I highly recommend him!

Saw Dr Courson two times in Oct for hearing loss. Nice guy and listens well. PROBLEMS arise when you get bills after you already paid your co pay. I spoke with my insurance and with the billing department. Billing department was basically a rude lady who said my insurance needed to speak to me. first visit, paid copay and left second visit, paid copay, lady said $10 bal still due from first visit. I ask for an explaination and she and another looked and finally said they had no idea and don't worry about it. Then, last week I get a bill showing 10 past due and 10 more now due for $20 total. Talked to my insurance who verified my copay as 30. called his office and lady their said they were told the same. HOWEVER, the story now is an extra test they did requires me to pay the additional 10 each visit; or course they failed to explain that when they decided to do this test twice. The practice I would not recommend to anyone as I feel they are dishonest.

First time seeing Dr. Courson. He took his time with me listened to what I had to say without rushing. He is very professional I can see why he has great ratings. Will definitely recommend him to my friends.

I got the appointment with him with telehealth, but he's never showing up after 35 mins. Also, the office sent different links to telehealth, really confuse for patient. Never have such experience when I got an appointment with doctor.

I had an early morning appointment with Dr. Courson and he was almost on time (only 6 minutes late). He listened to my concerns and provided appropriate treatment for my condition. I would highly recommend him for any type of ENT treatment.

In a time when I regret to say true integrity in the provision of medical services is becoming a rarity, I want to make sure to honorably mention to those I encounter who still uphold the highest standards and dedication to their practice. In my experience with Dr. Courson, he deserves the highest review. I did not know him before my recent visit, so this is not a gratuitous "shout out." Doctor Courson clearly gave his undivided attention to my issue, shared his thoughts and his assessment, and made me feel like he would follow through in helping me with what I believe is a difficult issue to address. I am happy to provide 5-stars aa a result, when most doctors now days are average (3-star) at best in my opinion. Thank you Dr. Courson, please never lose your commitment to each and every patient relying upon your expertise!

Zeroed in on my problem right away and set up a course of treatment to get me back to normal quickly.
