This man should be ashamed to call himself a physician. He was very fast, did not listen to any of my concerns or use any critical thinking to diagnose my condition. When I mentioned the treatment that had worked in the past he actually said to me "are you telling me how to do my job?" He didn't do anything except prescribe a step down pack of steroids, order a liver enzyme panel and charge me $200! I was in the back for 15 minutes and that included the tech taking vital signs. I am a registered nurse so when I say DO NOT GO TO THIS "DOCTOR" .....please pay attention to my warning.

Great physician and staff. They have always been extremely helpful and Dr. Palwai is very thorough.

Palwai rushes you through your visit and does not listen to patient concerns. He becomes hostile if you seek information from him. No compassion. Harmful through his negligence.

I have been seeing Dr. Palwai for about 3 years for my RA. At first he seemed good - thorough history, listened to me, etc. He put me back on a medication I had been on previously, and I’m still on that medication 3 years later with little to no improvement - never a discussion about switching to see if something might work better or anything. He’s kept up with blood work every 6 months, but he’s never had me do any type of imaging to get a better picture of the issues at hand. After about 6 months of treatment he recommended I see an orthopedic surgeon, which I did. I ended up having surgery and it helped, though it has slowly gone back to where it started so it was not a cure all. However, since that surgery 2.5 years ago, all Dr. Palwai has done is look at me, tell me it still doesn’t look good, and recommend I go back to the surgeon. Appointments last mere minutes and I feel like he doesn’t want to care for me and is just interested in pushing me off and out the door. I’m done.

I have been a patient with Dr Palwai for 2 years. When I went to see him I could not walk only with crutches or a walker. Pain was so intense. I was so in despair and then victory came thru with meds and theraphy. Thank You D. Palwai for all you have done

I have been going to see Dr. Palwai for I believe going on my fourth year. I was feeling really discouraged every medicine I would try just wouldn’t last long enough and there I would go trying a different one. He kept telling me to hang in there we will find one that will last always telling me it’s ok to be ok don’t get discouraged, have patience and it will happen. I always put my faith in him and his ability as a Dr that knows what he’s doing. Now I’m in a good place I found something that my body hasn’t rejected in the end he was right. Thanks a lot Dr. For listening to my woes and worries and frustrations I will recommend him to everyone I know! P.S. his staff is amazing there sweet always with a smile on there face and if you call them with an issue they follow up quickly thanks guys! I've been a patient of Dr. Palwai for about 4 years all he does is type what I tell him on his laptop, he never examines my hands or joints. He prescribed Humira which is filled by a speciality pharamcy , after almost 3 months of me calling the pharmacy I still dont have my prescription, the pharmacy said that the Dr. office never contacted my insurance co. I called the Dr.s office 3 weeks ago the receptionist said she would talk to the Dr. and call me back....This has to be the most uncaring Dr. office I have ever been too. I am so happy with Dr Palwai. It took forever to find a diagnosis and then I began to visit this MD and I am so much better. Now some of his staff members are mean and I almost switched Dr.s . Today I spoke with Sarah and she renewed my faith in the attentive caring kindness a doctors staff should have. Thanks so much Sarah!! I love my Dr. Palwai and did not want to leave!! I could barely walk went I went to see him. I take 8 methotrexate on Saturday, folic acid, and vitamin B12 and I don't have pain. He really helped diagnose and treat my RA

He is an excellent doctor. He’s very straightforward and gives you honest advice. He truly has his patients best interest at heart and will advocate on their behalf. I have had a wonderful experience with him and his wonderful staff.

Dr. Palwai was able to find out what no other doctor or blood test in over 20 years was able to figure out, I have rheumatoid arthritis. He has determined the correct treatment and has made my day to day activities much more manageable. He is thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and really cares about and listens to his patients. I love Yadira who is part of his front office staff. She knows how to multi-task and take care of any questions I have. When I call to schedule an appointment or re-schedule an appointment, Yadira goes out of her way to fit me in to what works best for me. Two years later, I am still happy I made the choice of choosing Dr. Palwai for my Rheumatologist!

I have been a patient for ten years and find him very professional not only does he care for his patients but he also listens and answers any questions that I have had during these ten years. Excellent doctor and he cares very much about his patients and giving them the best treatment available due to their illness. I would highly recommend anyone to this very excellent and expertise doctor!

Good doctor

Dr. Palwai is very attentive, communicates with my other doctors and gets their input on my treatment. He reviews my lab reports at each visit. His staff members are polite, helpful and go out of their way to ensure I am comfortable while waiting in the examination room.

I've been a patient now for a few years. Very pleased with Dr. Palwai and entire staff. I would highly recommend. Very professional.

Absolutely love Dr Palwai! He listens, is very attentive and determined to help me feel.m better! The entire office staff is amazing!

I made my appointment over a month ahead of time and provided my insurance information to the person over the phone and told them I had an approval from my insurance company. They called a day ahead to verify that I would be there. When I arrived the receptionist was rude and refused to let me see the doctor saying they didn't accept my insurance. I had my referral and even called my insurance company from their office and she just flat out refused to do anything. Awful experience!!!!

I was trying to find the patient satisfaction and/or take the survey for infusion nurses, but couldn't find it. Christina/Beth are both very caring and wonderful nurses. They are great!!!

VERY RUDE. He cut me off mid-sentence more than once. He never put one single hand on me. NO EXAM. When I asked if my symptoms could be arthritis, he asked me to show him my hands, then answered 'NO' without ever touching me or doing any blood labs. As I was looking at my notes to ask more questions, he got up and started to walk out of the room. I found a new dr. who did blood work & turns out, I indeed have arthritis - a genetic form that is VERY RARE. DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.

Dr. Palwai is a very kind and personable Rheumatologist. I have been a patient of his for 2 years since leaving my hometown, and I have had nothing but a positive experience since. I also should add I am feeling much better!

Very caring office. Concerned and takes time to listen each month I go in.

He's a very caring and understanding doctor always looking for ways to make your daily life with RA as easy, simple as possible and also the Staff is so nice Yadira, Beth, Christina Awesome job You Guys !!!!!!

He is kind and listens to you. I have never felt hurried. His staff is very nice to. They are a great group of people.

Saw this doctor off and on over the course of 10 years and it was easy to get my biologic prescription filled. *he could never remember my diagnosis* He is not a doctor that spends time on your problems and referring someone was the biggest mistake I ever made. His staff over those 10 years-including a recent almost visit-was not friendly but he wasn't to them either. Also, be sure to call BOTH locations if you need an appointment because leaving a message (or 10) won't gain you a return call!

Dr. Palwai is very thorough in his examination and is very detailed oriented. He takes time to listen to his patients.
