Doesn't care about health. Took me back to a dirty room, changed the paper in front of me. No cleaning or sanitizing. Saw me three weeks ago for over 30 minutes. Due to major anxiety, wore my faceshield and the office was fine with it. Called ahead before making appointment. I have very high blood pressure. At this follow up. Checked in, with my faceshield. Sat in waiting room, with my faceshield. Took me back and took weight, with my faceshield. Sat me in room (dirty, unclean room), with my faceshield. Nurse said I need to put a mask on. I told her I couldn't. She said, hold on. Dr came in and said " I won't see you". No calls about change in policy. No offer for telemed. Just leave. So if you have a medical problem, they obviously could care less. Go somewhere else, you will get better care. And at a cleaner facility. Doesn't care about health. The most sincere and thorough doctor I ever had!! I should have more complient!!! I Apologize sincerely to them....

I really like Dr. Polakovasky. He is genuine. Makes sure everything concerning you is talked about and figured out. He truly cares about his patients.

Great for appointments but not honesty.

The staff was so kind and caring. Dr. Polakovsky was personable, intelligent, and caring. I am so grateful to have found his practice.

Promised he would treat me for my Chronic Condition and did for over a year then started backing out and giving me the shuffle first thru his wife. I actually heard him prescribe medicine to a lady that was what I needed then told me I need to go see a specialist. He advertises for Chronic and Acute Conditions too! What a weasel.

The staff are so kind and compassionate here and you are treated with respect and dignity. For a small town Dr this is an amazing team and I am so thankful to have found them.

I have been going to Dr.Polakovsky sincehe opened his office. Wouldn't even consider any other Dr. and would recommend him to anyone.
