My husband and I left Dr. Robinson’s practice after 10 years. He was polite but acknowledged “his disappointing results” in my corrective surgery. My husband and I had annual appointments, and with only one exception, his administrative staff was discourteous, hurried, and made mistakes in handling and faxing our medical records. There may be a shortage of ophthalmologists, but patients deserve better.

Insensitive to questions about treatment plan and rude.

Dr Robinson forces a policy of misinforming customers that he is not allowed by your insurance company to provide service unless you make payment of your copay at the time of service. The truth is in fact that your insurance company does not care at all about when or if your copay is made. Only Dr Robinson and his OCD greed and lack of grace are concerned with payment above health care.

I went to him for several years after my first opthomologist retired. Very non-communicative. Did not explain any details about my cataract surgery, and after I had my eyes done, my vision is worse than it was before the surgery. I would give him zero stars if I could.

The staff at this office are very rude and disrespectful towards my aunt and she doesn’t even wanna come here no more because the dr and his staff are very crucial to their patients!! I would highly recommend anyone to go somewhere else as this is very rediculus!!! No one should feel this way ever going into a doctors office. Had been a patient for around 3 years always same insurance and copay... had alot going on at home one day and rushed out to make appointment but forgot my wallet, thought no problem like normal Dr office, they would just bill me...No DR ROBINSONE OFFICE SENT ME HOME...saying NO COPAY AT TIME OF SERVICE = NO SERVICE - I asked to speak to DR Robinson and said I would call with my debit card number as soon as I got home. Unkind receptionist went back and said she talked to office manager and I could not be served -I have a serious eye condition and clearly DR ROBINSON INOT PUTTING MY HEALTH AND CARE FIRST - the inability to collect $20 immediately was his priority.

Excellent Dr. Office very efficient and professional.

The office visit took two hours. We were shuttled between various rooms multiple times. I do understand the need for the doctor to take notes on a computer, but I would prefer if he could move the computer between himself and the patient so he does not have his back to the patient while talking and taking notes.

Performed cataract surgery on both eyes and now my sight is WORSE than before the surgeries.
