very unprofessional. i can’t even begin tell all the stuff he has said that is highly inappropriate

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We just moved to the area & went to this dr bc of all the great reviews. This dr is so unprofessional! He walked into the room & didn’t say a single word to either me or my daughter (who is only a year old). My daughter immediately started crying as soon as she saw him. He didn’t introduce himself, didn’t ask why we were there, didn’t even acknowledge my daughters presence or the fact that she was crying as soon as he walked in. He sat down & patted the exam table & told me to “put her down”. At that point I was reluctant to even continue the dr visit but it gets worse… He didn’t wash or sanitize his hands or put on gloves… he proceeded to try & touch my daughters diaper area with his bare unclean hands. I asked him to please put some gloves on & he got an attitude about it. He didn’t put gloves on or wash his hands so I didn’t let him touch her. The whole experience gave me super bad vibes. It’s true, Dr. Tapperson is so rude to you if you are opting out of vaccinating you’re kids, he will berate you. And it’s true his front staff can at times be rude and unprofessional. However, if you can overlook these two offenses, you will be getting a Dr. who is there for your child WHEN it matters the most. I came from a beautiful office with highly professional staff but couldn’t get Appointments in under a week! You know when your child is sick you need your Dr. within 24hrs Dr. Tapperson is there for you and your family and that’s ultimately the most important thing not to mention, they are good, All of them, and Dr. Tapperson is a Great Dr., biased about immunizations, so I recommend getting thick skinned Around this issue, but a great Dr. It’s true, Dr. Tapperson is so rude to you if you are opting out of vaccinating you’re kids, he will berate you. He’s really nice and he helps you do what ever you need during your health

Horrible customer service. The office looks completely unorganized and his front staff has an attitude. My husband approached her, she gave him a clipboard to complete when he tried to ask her a question she gave him her hand. Completely disrespectful! First time in that office and had to walk right out.

My kids have both been with Dr tepherson for all their lives. He is a reliable, knowledge, and direct provider. I am very confident in his skills as a doctor. He might not have a big corporate office, but he is the only provider I trust my children with.

This Dr. is simply the BEST in the whole valley!!!! I have 4 kids and he has been their doctor since the day they were born. My oldest is 17, she wants to go at medical field (pediatric surgery) and was inspired by Dr. Teperson. We all love you doctor and all your staff (Josie, Mariana, Debbie and your mom).He was my niece’s doctor and she is now 30. Needless to say, we have known him for a very long time and can say that he is an amazing pediatrician. Palmdale,CA. March,2020.

There isn't a minus star rating to give. No help at all, my insurance assigned but couldcou even make it pass the secretary without getting upset on how disappointing was that could not any help for my kid, she just said go to urgent care.. Wow..

Was great the first couple visits until he found out my son didnt have his vaccines today. Dr. Andrew Teperson attitude completely changed when he found out my son wasnt vaccinated. I understand it's a touchy subject with a lot of people but your a doctor, you committed your life to helping people, let alone children, you dont pass judgement because of a OPTION we have chosen. Everyone has their own beliefs. Christianity or Catholicism, it's your belief. This is ours, we shouldn't feel belittled at the doctors. We know him for almost two months he see my new born bebe and my other two sons I recomendé him he is a good doctor

Dr.Teperson has taken care of my daughter since she was two until now she is 11 from skin problem ,allergy and asthma He is very informative and very very good he is the Best Pediatric in all AV. my family very happy with his office , office staff very friendly ...helpfull and lovely people my family would like to say Thank you so much .

I may have been there on an off day, but I waited two hours for a well visit and Dr. Teperson was rude, recommended I give juice to my breast-fed baby and grabbed my three year old without asking. The wait room was tiny and there were a lot of sick crammed in with my healthy ones. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I had an awful visit and decided to switch practices.

Recently started seeing Dr. Teperson and I am very happy with his office. After visiting several other pediatricians in the area and having horrible experiences, his office continues to impress. Office staff has been very friendly, address concerns, and schedule appointments timely. Nurses are very sweet, attentive and gentle. Dr. Teperson, answers questions thoroughly and addresses concerns head on. While the office isn't the prettiest, it's clean and I feel we are getting the best care in AV.

Dr. Teperson has taken care of two of my grandchildren since they were born. He is very informative, takes the time to make sure you and your child understand the reasons for the visit and any treatment given. My granddaughters are 14 and 10 years old and they love Dr. Teperson and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Teperson to anyone looking for a pediatrician or looking to change pediatricians.

Very good. Very thorough and patient . A bit chatty and long wait time but makes children smile and loves what he does. He is very knowledgeable. Office needs to be larger and cleaner but he is worth the wait . Very popular need more doctors like him but so far he is the only one in palmdale who is the best. But not registered with Palmdale regional ?? . If you need to get emergency care and he is your primary physician need to go to antelope valley hospital
