Dr. Ammon has been my primary care physician for over 10 years. She is thorough, kind and dedicated. I highly recommend her!

I have been using Dr. Ammon for over 25 years and cannot recommend her highly enough! She takes time with me when I need it, is professional always, yet is like talking to a friend. Do not hesitate to go to Dr. Ammon.

Dr. Angela Ammon has been my PCP since she started at Eagle Valley Family Practice fka Eagle Valley Medical. I can honestly say she has provided me with the best care any doctor could provide. She is very caring, professional, knowledgeable, genuine and is absolutely the best. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor and the community is very fortunate to have such an amazing doctor.

Amazing provider! She has been taking care of our family for 9 years. She has always taken the time to answer all questions and always provides exceptional care. Her staff is wonderful as well. If you are looking for a clinic that will take great care of you...you have found the right one.

Dr. Ammon connects with her patient in a way very few physicians have ever connected with me. She's a good listener and seems to have a good, overall perspective of health care in a holistic sense. She is up on the latest research and follows up well with patients in making sure she has adequately addressed all of the patient's health concerns and that she has given them the most correct advice in response to their questions. She takes her job seriously.

I drove up from Arvada because Dr. Ammon came so highly recommended to me from my sister. She was truly an Angel! Dr. Ammon got me in last minute and spent a ton of time listing to my symptoms then coming up with an action plan. Dr. Ammo is excellent and I would do the drive over and over again to be listened too and have a doctor genuinely care about my health and getting me back on the right track.
