Ms. Angela C Colva

Angela is a therapist who goes way beyond listening. She gives opportunities to heal trauma and navigate the deep wounds that can feel overwhelming & trapping. She is the kind of therapist that challenges people to grow and is more focused on connecting/caring than diagnosing/labeling. I have been working with Angela for years and the kind of self-awareness and life I have I greatly contribute to her. At times she’s taught me about What I didn’t know was missing in my life & how fulfilling it could be. I’ve learned not every therapist is like Angela. She learns new techniques to help me and spends time outside of session working to assist clients move towards where their goals. If you don’t know what you’re looking for that’s ok too.
