Beware reviews on other sites had been deleted, the office staff will not book appointments if you owe any money what so ever, even if it’s $5 I was in pain and have a long standing skin issues and the front staff blocked me from see the doctor, seems they are all about the money not help patients in need! All about the money!

The front staff is just awful, I never seen a more confused staff I don’t see how a doctor can run an office like this. Not only are they rude but they gave me the wrong results regarding by biopsy, the doctor the one that should be calling with bad news and the office staff

I had an appointment with Barbara Droddy. I have insurance I paid a $55.00 co-pay (this was a routine visit). When Barbara Droddy walked in the room, it was obvious she was sick & wearing no mask (which is required). She was in the room for less than 6 minutes, froze one small spot on my back and walked out. The following day I had the flu. I was sick for a full two weeks. Costing me 2 days of work (325.00) 2 days after that my wife was sick. She missed 4 days of work. (500.00) and spent (125) on medicine and antibiotics. ALL OF THIS I WAS WILLING TO FORGET ABOUT IT!!! Until they left a voice mail stating I owe an additional (139) dollars in addition to my (55) dollar co-pay!!! So, they are trying to charge me (194) dollars for a 5 minute visit and freezing one spot on my back. Without insurance they stated the visit would have been over (300) dollars!!!! THIS DOCTORS OFFICE IS GOT TOO BIG FOR THIER BRITCHES. THEY no longer provide patient care and common courtesy!!!! I won’t be back !

I know that good services is hard to come by this day in time but there just not reason for anyone seeking medical care to look down upon a patient and lack compassion and this office just seems to exude rudeness and lack of compassion when I spoke to the office manager about my issues she just lack compassion and sympathy for my situation of she just would have said I am sorry that happened or trued of offer some kind of emotional but she is heatless and condescending as a MD your only as good as your staff.

I never been so embarrassed in my like the front desk clerk and office manager talked to me like a was dirt right in the middle of the lobby I will never go back

Wow how sad I loss my insurance so I am a cash pay I have be with this office for over 5 years and never not paid my bill I will be getting new insurance in 90 days but the front desk would not let me see the doctor they had the office manager come and talk to me like I was a child I was embarrassed and angry at the same time I was begging to see my doctor and I was not even given the change to talk to her I can’t believe that Dr Wingfield knows this is going on till I left message for her to call me to see if she could just renew my prescription and I could see her when my new insurance started but she never called me so I guess she knows this is going on what kind of doctor dose this to there patients how can you run a office like this she all about the beauty side of the business but not the healthcare side

Long wait rude staff difficulty of marking appointments seems like there never any available time to see the doctor and staff not helpful places you on hold over and over and never pick up pure frustration

The fronts desk staff are rude and condescending. They block access to the doctor regardless of how ill you are it’s hard to believe that a doctor allows an office to be run like this they care there to provide care for the sick and ill but this office is all about the cash paying beauty side

All about the money not about helping the patient

Took care of my problems quickly and well. Would highly recommend her.

I went to Angela with bad hives. Put me on xolair injections every 4weeks. Worked for a while but now I am suffering again. I break out when my body gets hot ( sun and trying to stay warm in winter) . Hives started when a different doctor gave me medicine for a skin fungus. Now it seems no one can get rid of them. Guess it's something I have to live with. Seems no one can help and I can't afford to keep going to doctors. Update :: do not go to this lady !! I have funds set up by xolair ($5000) and they will not use it.. told me to go to UMMC . They charge reduced rates !! All about the money. Don't care about the patient !! Terrible! Added on several hidden fees and sent labs to places not covered by insurance. Treatment didn’t help condition. During Covid and no temps taken and brought several people in room. Also she’s very rude!

I’ve been going for several years for a skin disease Went for my appt today and was informed that I owed $50 for a missed appt. cannot see dr unless I pay Well I feel they should have informed me of this when I made the appt !!!! The person up front in charge is totally RUDE Said it was in paperwork I signed years ago Really !!!

Dr Wingfield came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. I have Psoriasis and had all but given up hope of living a regular life again. Psoriasis was severe on my hands to the point my hands were useless. She found the right medications and I have been clear for 2 years. She and her staff are wonderful!

I had a descruction of a benign lesion which did not work. I was going to be charged again for a second treatment (with no guarantee that it would work). A 5 second treatment!

I have been a patient for several years. They are always polite to me there or on the phone. The place is clean and friendly. I have never felt rushed. I have had skin cancer and they got me to someone to help me. My son had an issue with skin and had been to a couple of Dermatologist that didn't help. He went to Dr Wingfield and in two appointments she had it cleared up.

Dr. Wingfield and the two Nurse Practitioners are amazing. All four members of my family have been patients, children for acne and husband and I for cancerous spots removed and regular screenings. I'm a patient of many specialized physicians and I have grown to understand good care may come with a few long waiting times. I sometimes wait 2-3 hours to see my oncologist and pain doctor, but their care is absolutely worth the wait. We are extremely pleased with Dr. Wingfield's clinic.

Dr Wingfield is seeing my child for a pretty severe lifelong eczema issue that has not been resolved with years of allergy and dermatology visits with other providers. Since seeing her for phototherapy, his condition is dramatically improved, nearly clear after just a couple of months. His quality of life is so much better. She is courteous, professional and thorough. We are super pleased.

Unfortunately learned first-hand that although they will tell you over the phone that they do Wellness visits that would be covered under my insurance totally, upon going and being billed, it was classified as something as something different and now state they don't even offer anything called Wellness and you will end up paying full price. I did my due diligence calling ahead before calling back to schedule an appointment. I was definitely lied to and that will be my first and last visit.

very disappointed waited an hour and ten min before my son was seen only spent five min with him. then got a prescription for 700. will never go back. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone that has to work for a living. my son was seen by Kassie Stafford

I was very politely told the doctor was running late which was okay. The doctor when she came in spent less than 5 minutes with me and I definitely felt rushed. I wasn't even told if I needed a follow-up visit or if I had any questions. I had been told what a great doctor she is. Maybe that's true but I don't have a clue based on less than 5 minutes of contact

My experience with dr. Wingfield was courteous, professional, very attentive and understanding of my needs, she listen to me, and her staff was also very understanding, and attentive, I would recommend dr. Wingfield to all my family and friends.
