A compassionate doctor who always has the client’s safety and well-being as his number one priority. He will go above and beyond to help is clients.

Dr. Potenciano is great. Not your typical weirdo psychiatrist. He listens, makes suggestions and may evencrack a joke or two! Working with him has made my life so much easier. Highly recommend.

Fact finding appointment. Dr. Potenciano was very professional and told me issues that I needed to hear.

Below average communication skills. Does not engage in active listening. Does not answer all questions or engage in meaningful conversation. The questions that are answered are given over simplified, almost condescending answers. Gages the amount of money a patient may have. If they can afford, he refers to a specific TMS physician. When asked about success rate, risks, etc. he literally ignored me. Made jokes about his own hospital's inpatient unit. Very unprofessional.

dr p does pysch consults at sph and doed a excellent consult. dr P offers pysch consults at sparc outpatient sites. the patient are happy with his care.
