My comprehensive evaluation was done efficiently and with what I considered to be great care, skill and attention to my personal desires and health care concerns. I regard it as one of the most satisfying interactions which I have ever had with a physician.

I thought I was receiving good care until I started to see a little of what was and wasn't written in my chart. Dr. Katramados put something down that wasn't an issue and his nurse refused to let me speak to him about it. He also didn't listen when I told him I was concerned about numbness in my foot. It has gotten worse and now he's no longer seeing patients. I thought he could help me complete getting an MRI for my foot/leg, especially that it has gotten worse and is swelling, but it turns out that he never wrote it down (as told to me by the nurse). Now I will have to wait to see a new doctor and who knows how long that will take. I cannot believe he's in an administrative position now. Not knowledgeable in his field. Gives poor advice not based on factual evidence then hides behind the hospital as opposed to trying to help the patient get better.
