The staff at Dr. Glass office was nice, but I would never recommend anyone here. Dr. Glass balance billed me by charging me for new patient visit, but then billed my insurance the same thing. When I contacted him for my reimbursement, he stated that’s for new patients. Then when I tried to explain on the receipt, who his receptionist wrote what the chargers were for he denied it. Therefore, if he did this to me, there is a high chance he’s been doing it for years. And to be truthful, I wasn’t comfortable going back to this practice, due to solely he rubbed other areas besides my back and it didn’t feel right. Dr Glass is the best chiropractor I've ever experienced. He and his staff are wondrous. They educate you as well in taking better care of yourself.
