ZERO STARS. Worst doctor ever. She does wrong and then will literally send you a letter saying she doesn’t want to have you as her patient anymore because she already is in deep trouble. Doctor doesn't keep you waiting. She has made several changes to my medication and it has been beneficial for my health. Dr. Anita is easy to talk to and I feel that she is a very good doctor. Have been under her care for almost a year.

Extremely poor care during this trying times. Would definitely not recommend this practice as it's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone and theres usually never any one here even after you confirmed 3 times the correct time/office to be at. Should not be practicing.

here we go again, we need to have a referral for my son's knee injury which it was re injured 3 weeks ago, and when the referral was approved this office assigned the wrong Dr. we call every day leave messages no response, it is almost impossible to get things done here. our last experience was the same, completely unacceptable.

This office is very unprofessional. They lack in giving results, they delay in patient treatment and care. Not a facility that should still be in buisness. They lose paperwork and take forever to get things faxed and processed. The list goes on. Looking for a new PCP for my Mom ASAP!!!!

I use to take my mom to Dr Jackson, she seem to be off her meds, she made multiple mistakes with my mom's diabetes medications and keeps on giving the wrong dose, increases the dose and send us to do blood work. sends the wrong old dose again to the pharmacy. I’m not usually one to complain, however I had 3 appointments at this office and each one was truly awful in their own way. I was told I was going to be written one prescription and I was written another, the front desk was beyond unhelpful, the office cancelled my appointment without notifying me beforehand. Overall very poor experience, wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. I am sure Dr. Jackson is great, as I have seen many positive reviews about her, however, I never had the chance to actually meet with her. Dr. Jackson is a very good dr. that I’ve been going to for 10 yrs after a very bad car accident. I’ve seen a few diff women thru the yrs working the position of ‘front desk’. Tammy, who’s been there this past yr. is a solid zero when it comes to her job. I speak as a pt as well as a former Medical Billing Instructor who taught people how to work that position. Dr. Anita Jackson has been perfect for me. She explained everything I needed to know and was very clear about my condition. So far very little waiting time, and easy to set up appointments.

You need to get another front desk associate... the one you have now is extremely unpleasant. I don’t know what it is? Just something about her demeanor she’s just rude. Like I dread going to my dr appt and have to check in with her.

I met with Anna Marie /her assistant who was very nice; however, the same cannot be said for the front desk. She is beyond rude. This is the third time she's been awfully rude to me.

Worst customer service front desk ever, whoever answer the phone, you know who you are. I was late for my appointment and made us wait for 2 hours, rediculous! We over heard her conversation and she was calling personal calls while working at front desk. Very unprofessional and rude. We ask her if were next? she said hold on and she answer the phone, i ask her again excuse me! are we next? she just nod her head while on the phone.
