Dr. Walter Floyd Combs JR.

First visit explained I was more concerned with my wife's MS. Never entered into the conversation again. Asked for CT of kidneys (25 year history of stones). I was told that I could only have a US. 5 months later had to ask again. Complained of sore thumb had x-ray found arthritis. Never offered steroids but was anxious to do surgery. I solved the issue with my own topical treatment. 3 cancelled visits by doctor out of 5 scheduled. Plan on at least 5 months before they really do anything substantial for you. My wife has a history of facial skin cancer, 2 previous surgeries. Dr. REFUSSED to referrer to dermatologist insisted on keeping treatment within the practice. Only offered cream 2 times a day for 2 weeks. Poor results. Never addressed her MS concerns. Finally switched to a different PCP practice. Got results from first visit. Went to dermatologist she addressed potentially serious issues that DR. Comb's had overlooked.

By all accounts Dr. Combs is excellent doctor. After a few visits it's become quite apparent that his Regal Medical group is terrible to deal with. Even his own staff has poor things to say about Regal. My wife has a serious medical condition and Regal deals with her needs as if they really don't care. Doctor Combs is a great doctor unfortunately the staff is very unprofessional and extremely rude, especially Robin. They laugh and hang up on you. I have never experienced such service at any doctors office. The office manager is never available, even though they say there is two of them. I feel that I work for doctor combs since I have to do their work. I pay a lot of money for this horrible service. What happened to caring and taking care of the patients. Dr. Combs is the best!!!

Dr. Walter Combs answers all my questions. I have been in the hospital more than once and he comes by in the morning for a followup on how I am doing. He asks, do I need anything. Dr. Combs keeps me alive.

Dr. Combs and his staff are very professional and caring. Rancho Family Medical has taken care of our family of five for more than 20 years and we are so grateful for them!

Actually this is Sharon Zielasko. Dr.Combs has been our physician for thirty years. Absolutely one of the best! He takes the time to call back and is even helping us find another doctor when we move. I have been going to Rancho Practice for 35 years..The Dr's , nurses & other health care workers have always been very through and caring.

A great Doc who talks to patients and lays out the facts and choices. I'd put him near the top of the doctors that I have seen over many years.

Iam very great full that the person that set me up for Medicare told about Doctor Combs .the very best doctor I have had in years.

My husband hates going to the doctors and he really respected Dr. Walter. Even had me make another appointment for three months!

I am a new patient for dr. Combs. however in the short-term that I have been a patient I have found him to be completely professional and courteous. He also laughs at my jokes which is definitely a plus because I am not all that funny. dr. Combs jumped into action concerning my amputated leg and I am looking forward to walking around on my prosthetic leg very soon thanks the doctor comes. Dr. Combs is outstanding with my mother, he listens to her when assessing a wide spectrum of her health needs. He has been amazing with his team working with patients who are admitted to the hospital and following up appointments. His bed side manor is just incredible which allows my mother to feel confident when seeing Dr. Combs or anyone from the Rancho Family. Can’t recommend enough! Dr Walter Combs had never seen my husband and when he came in he decided on HIS plan for MY HUSBAND WITHOUT consulting MY HUSBAND. We had to see him 1 more time before he could see another doctor. We went in and he sent in 2 training doctors and even though WE had MANY complaints about HIS plan, he instructed the TRAINING doctors to continue HIS plan again without consulting the PATIENT. Dr. Combs took his time and wasn't in a rush and I was able to ask questions. And he would answer them.

Dr. Combs was an hour late to my appointment. An hour! No one explained to me he would be so late and I sat in the patient waiting room. When he arrived he apologized shortly and said he was at a funeral. He seems like a genuinely nice man, but he is not open to other options rather than prescribing medicines. My husband is a PharmD and was also his patient. We both fired him because of our negative experiences.

My family and I have been seeing Dr.Combs for over 20 years. I trust him! He never hesitates to delve as deep as necessary to find out what is causing a problem. He really knows his stuff and stays up on the most current medical practices and information. He has a great bedside manner and is friendly and compassionate. Great doctor!

Hello to any & EVERYONE who reads THIS SURVEY. Myself & husband have been VERY BLESSED , EXTREMELY PLEASED MEDICALLY TREATED AND ACTUALLY. CARED FOR BY DR. WALTER COMBS AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF since Jan. We have been to a few Dr's over the yrs. UNFORTUNATELY NONE OF THEM COMPARE,or come close to the care we get from the Rancho Family Medical. Group in temecula Ca. I must say THIS DR. & his WHOLE STAFF ARE THE BEST PERIOD ...... Words can't even describe. the medical experiences / care .
