Dr. Shah makes me feel validated because she listens carefully to all of my concerns, and offers all followup treatment and advice needed. I feel very relaxed during our visits because of her demeanor.

It is very hard to get an appt. I wish there was a nurse practitioner there again which would make getting an appt. Easier. I also would love to see more appts available later in the day. I have to take off half a day just to get an appt. And doctor is never on time. She was almost 30 min late to my 10am appt.

Dr Shah referred me to a nuero-interventialist who found I had 2 problems. A headache from a pinched nerve and a previous stroke. Dr Shah's insight and diligence put me on a path for real healing.

Everyone was very efficient. They were running a little behind but kept me informed. Dr. Shah did not seem rushed to spend time with me at all. I have already recommended somebody to her!

I find everyone, from the check-in people all the way through to the doctor and her people to be very nice and very professional at their jobs. They know what they are doing and they made me feel at ease. Now I LIKE going to the doctor, even when I have to give a blood sample.

i know the covid issues are still here but I have more trouble breathing with masks fully on and she seemed to more care about the mask being on then listening to my issues. I have the vaccine and if she has it what is the harm when its down so i can breathe

As usual Dr, Shah was attentive to my concerns .

The receptionist told me to go to Area B waiting when it should have been Area A. When the nurse came for me we realized what had happened. This was a new employ who made the error.

Always makes me feel comfortable even tho I have even tho I have white coat syndrome.

Dr A Shah is wonderful! She saved my life with her gift of being a physician. Her intuition working and listening to me She caught my Non Hoskins lymphoma stage 4 to save my life

I didn't go for an illness but I never get my heart listen to or look at my ears or any usual exam procedure I'm sure if I said something she would have there seems to be very little touching by physicians. I guess if you don't go for any specific issue that's the protocol now however when I go to my rheumatologist I seem to get in much better physical exam. I do like my doctor very much though

As always it was a very good experience from the reception personnel as well as my physician's office personnel. Very satisfied with my visit as usual!!

Just thought I sat waiting for each step a little longer than I am used to. I always try to get first appointment so that it usually gets me in and out. For some reason I was there abou5 45 minutes which usually only takes 30.

10 Made a mistake. Did get a blood test

Nurse and Dr helped me navigate categorizing visit to fit individual Health Insurance. Together we got immunizations recommended, blood work needed, and follow up appointment scheduled with reminders @ when to schedule blood work.

It was a lengthy visit where all my questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed.I received many recommendations and multiple hand-outs to review at home.Overall,it was a beneficial office visit.

Excellent service. In depth answers to questions and superb doctor to patient relationship.
