Dr Ljungren is a wonderful primary care physician. He seems to genuinely care about his patients. He takes time with the patient and explains thoroughly each recommendation and treatment. He has provided exceptional care for me and my family.

It is very deceitful of you to insist on face coverings. Not only do they not work you are implying to the elderly and those that are truly sick that this somehow protects them. The receptionist acts like the "mask police" while employees sitting right behind her had no masks on and patients in the waiting room had "face coverings" pulled down. I will not be back until this is changed.

This provider is the most professional provider I've ever had or seen in all my years. Makes you feel very comfortable and answers any question you may have. Listens to you diligently and takes the time to explain every and anything to you in such a way that you can understand it

Only reason not to recommend is want to keep this awesome doctor for myself. Hard enough to get an appointment with him now. Don't want to fight with family and friends for appointments. Dr Ljungren never rushes you and always take the time to listen to you. I will cry if he ever retires

Dr. Ljundgren is the best doctor I have ever had in my 60 years on this earth. He takes time to listen and you can tell he truly cares. I am proud to say he is not just my doctor but I consider him a friend. I hope he never retires.

Dr. Ljungren is the best. Very knowledgeable and personable. Listens to my concerns and advises appropriately. Very thorough, provides information and allows for collaborative decision making. His direct nurse support team are very good too. Obviously like working for/with him. The general office/admin staff are a bit harder to deal with. My wife and daughters frequently have issues with scheduling through them, and I do at times also. Some may be due to Dr. Ljungren's patient load, but they do not seem to be very accommodating when trying to coordinate.

Office was closed due to weather but The office and Dr Ljungren still called and was able to get questions answered and game plan for treatment. This is GREATLY appreciated and I Thank You! God Bless

Dr. Ljungren is the best provider I have ever had. He identified multiple life-threatening or quality of life conditions I had at an early enough stage to treat the problem. He acted immediately to provide or recommend appropriate options for solutions with superb results.

Dr Ljungren always takes the time that our visit needs to explain things to me and to order tests and meds while I wait I am so appreciative of his caring attitude and his attitude that I am the only one who matters during my visit.

This experience, like all of my experiences was convenient, personal and competent. We are very, very pleased with Dr Ljungren and his entire staff. We have enjoyed confident and caring health care with him for over 30 years. Our now adult children have continued to see him since their birth, and he is now taking care of their children.

Dr. Ljungren is Excellent and always has been. The office staff is ok but the independent office staff (prior to merger with Premier) was Excellent as well. The personal and caring interaction is gone. Not really criticism, just fact. Business attitude vs healthcare (care, compassion, kindness and competence) has become the routine. I prefer healthcare attitude to business attitude. Dr. Ljungren possesses all the true qualities of what medicine and healthcare are about. Thanks for the opportunity to state my opinion. It's sometimes difficult to get a person when calling to schedule an appointment. Oftentimes have to leave a voicemail.

Friendly, thorough physician. Efficient and helpful staff. Dr Ljungren spent plenty of time with me. He ordered appropriate tests and suggested some good preventative vaccines and tests to consider. He was not pushy. Highly recommended.

Dr.Ljungren became my Dr.during his residency,He opened his first practice not long after on Woodcroft Trail in Beavercreek,The practice took off and grew as well as his little family,He is our choice for 3 generations of my family and even delivered my 3 oldest grandchildren which are now grown.I have a very unique and complicated medical history which is rare but I truly wholeheartedly trust him and Susan Ash NP (that he trained) with my life 100 percent! I moved away for 10 months and became deathly ill,My son called to see if I could return as his patient and I was welcomed with open arms!A one of a kind,rare find Doctor! Not just a Great Doctor but as well our friend and more like family.I know one day he must retire to enjoy life himself but just as with Susan Ash, I will grieve for them and life will never be the same medically for me! God bless him

My children have been patients of Dr. Ljungren for the past two years. Weve had nothing but problems with this office. The doctor himself is a very nice man but he has so many patients that he doesnt give an adequate amount of time to any of them. They have cancelled appointments (6 in an 8 week time frame), lied to me about the doctor being in the office, and refused to acknowledge that possibility of a reaction to a vaccine. When I went to request records to be sent to another doctor not a single person Im the office cared enough to ask why we choose to leave. I am so disappointed with the care we received, especially after hearing nothing but good things from people. You need more than a pleasant bedside manner to run a successful business.

Every member of our family -- my spouse, children, mother, and mother-in-law -- have been patients of Dr. Ljungren for about 25 years. He is thoughtful, responsive, and (this is what I like most) COLLABORATIVE. He listens to us as we recount our issues, and he listens as we propose possible solutions. Sometimes, he agrees that our laypersons diagnosis is possible, and sometimes he offers alternative possibilities. .. BUT he never condescends. Dr. Ljungren keeps abreast of developments in the world of medicine, and he adapts to the most reliable approaches. For example, at a time when doctors did NOT aggressively treat high blood pressure and cholesterol, Dr. Ljungren took my husbands condition seriously and treated him using the newest guidelines. 25 years later, my husband remains healthy. Dr. Ljungren loves his work as a primary care physician, and that love is abundantly clear to us, his patients. We consider ourselves fortunate to have Dr. Ljungren as the medical support person in our lives.

Dr. Ljungren is a fantastic doctor. Always up-to-date on medical situations, conditions and remedy's. Not afraid to try different things. Listens attentively and spends however much time is needed during that visit. Show real caring and compassion. Best doctor! Hopefully never have to see anyone else. Highly recommend for the whole family!

Dr. L is a wonderful man and a fantastic physician. You can tell he loves medicine and is always able to explain what is going on in a way that is completely understandable. He takes his time with you and takes precautions to look into things that may be wrong with you. He thinks prevention too. A wonderful doctor all around!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Ljungren. We found him in 1990 after moving to Ohio and finding out I was going to need a pediatrician. He made my children feel at ease and comfortable enough to ask questions for themselves. My husband and I also see him, we never feel rushed, and he listens. He nails the diagnosis, obviously staying on top of the evolving medical discoveries and treatments. We moved 45 minutes further away but still continue to see him as our primary; having a good Doctor is that important to us. I also have never had a problem with the staff. Sure, a new person is hired and it takes time to get use to them but, compared to the dental office, the eye Doctor, or....specialist, my rare waits are minimal. In spite of some medical issues that we've had to deal with, we are fairly healthy as we stayed on top of the earlier well baby visits and subsequent recommended annual visits. He treats our visits as a partnership and we feel he takes care of us.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Dr ljungren has always been amazing. He is so knowledgeable, and very respected in the medical field. The staff isn't always perfect, and there is often a long wait to see dr ljungren, but there is a reason for that, everyone wants his help!

Dr.Ljungren has been our Dr. for 23 years. He delivered my moms last three children,and delivered my first. He's the BEST Doc. in the world! I wouldn't ever see anyone but him. He's very caring,and compassionate,and always takes time for us,always very helpful. My children love him too!

I really love Dr. Ljungren he is absolutely wonderful with children and has a great bedside manner. He takes the time to listen and explain things. I also would recommend Dr. Millard in Dr. Ljungrens absence. Dr. Myers is new to the practice didn't seem to great with kids. Dr. Pollman is an absolute quack. I will pay for urgent care before I see him. I have been going to this practice since 1987 I used to go Dr. Brewster and Dr. Kwiat. Every good doctor that I get there leaves. The office staff is rude everytime I call for appointments it is a nightmare. I always get put on hold and then I am told that Dr. Ljungren's nurse will have to call me back. It's ridiculous the nurses job shouldn't be making appointments.

Dr. Ljungren is the absolute best doctor!!! My daughter and I have been seeing him for a long time. What a sweetheart! A doctor that actually listens to you. Too bad he can't be cloned. His bedside manner is just as incredible as office visits. We feel very fortunate to have the pleasure of having Dr. Ljungren as our family physician.

New to practice and was told that Dr. Ljungren was the best doctor to see.Unfortunately his first available appt was not for two months.I was new to the area and could not wait two months to be seen because I had a horrible sinus infection.Was offered an appt with his partner that day, Dr.Pohlman.Of course,I took the appt with Dr.P.and assumed that I would keep my new patient appt with Dr.L..Saw Dr.P., that was such a waste of my time and money!He is very rude and does not listen.Ended up back again to be seen two days after seeing Dr.P..This time Dr.P. was off and Dr.L. was treating the overflow appts.. WOW!Talking about Day and Night!They are polar opposites! Dr.L. is everything and then some of what I had heard and my own opinion.I explained my frustrations w/Dr.L. and he apologized.Told me to give Dr.P. several more tries.Learned that because of my intial appt w/Dr.P he's my primary dr..Could not ever change.I explained my disapproval of Dr P/still no change.Will never return.

I love Dr. Ljungren! He delivered my stepdaughter before I married my husband and when we were pregnant with our son, my husband suggested him. I figure I got really lucky to find him. He is a warm, compassionate man who takes care of our entire family of four. The office is always prompt and professional.

Dr. Ljungren is an awesome doctor who takes time with the patient, listens to the patient, and almost always nails the diagnosis on the head. He has guided my family through some rather tricky illnesses and diseases over the past few years. His referrals to specialists are also excellent as he has been in the area long enough to know who's good and who's not.

Staff would not return calls after leaving 5 plus messages. When they did, they said Dr. was really too busy to see patient, go see someone else.

Dr. Ljungren is the best doctor I have ever had. He takes your opinion into his determination of your illness. He always spends time with you and never makes you feel he is in a hurry. After going to four different doctors with my illness and not being diagnosed he found i have Lupus.

He is the most compassionate doctor around. Graduated top of his medical school. I love him for the entire family....it's such a time-saver to have all of us visit one physician. The others in his group are exceptional, too.
