Great doctor who cares and listens to your needs but does a thorough exam before putting you on a medication that you’ve never been on. Me and my wife have been going to Dr Varnado for many years and have never had any problems my wife and I love Anjanette she is a very wonderful docotor we would absolutely hate to have to switch our doctor , bit after being so rudley treated by the staff recently I just don't know what to do I don't see how anyone can be treated that way and not say something so here goes I not the type to complain but my wife called to get a refill on her prescription Friday and the lady who answered the phone was far from a lady she was so rude and mean when asked to request a refill my wife had never filled anything at the pharmacy she wanted to use so that meant the office would have to call them and the lady told my wife to have them call her and request it which was not possible they were not the one she used before so she just checked back and nothing was done so she waited till after the weekend and called this morning to see what she could do to have it called in and the same rude lady answered the phone so my wife began to explain and the lady told her she was speaking too loud we were in the city catching a bus I'm sure the background was A little niosey so my wife tried to explain that and was jumped all over saying she was going to make her respect her and my wife asked to speak with someone else and was denined she was hung up on many times and told she could leave a message for the doctor to call her so she calmed down n called back and asked to just go ahead and leave a message for the doctor to call her and then was told she could not do that now she just was trying to get her medicine i really am disappointed and upset with the way she was treated it was very uncalled for and really someone should do something about how mean and rude and unhelpful the lady that answered the phone is I would hate for anyone to be treated like this it makes no sense to be like that to anyone please don't allow this lady to treat anyone else with such disconcertment and disrespect she told my wife to find another doctor when my wife loves doctor Varnado it's ashame she went through all this because maybe the volume on the phone could have been all the way up or could have been her phone even either way she did not deserve to be treated in this matter there is no excuse for the woman to have attacked her for calling to refill her medicine someone please do something Me and my wife have been going to Dr Varnado for many years and have never had any problems my wife and I love Anjanette she is a very wonderful docotor we would absolutely hate to have to switch our doctor … More
