Dr. Ann Blakley

Dr. Blakley is not a caring doctor. I would NOT allow her to treat my dog. There is no place in healthcare for uncaring people and attitude, especially pediatrics. She is Definitely NOT a person who should work with children or maybe there are CERTAIN children she prefers to work with or care for. I asked for tests to be done and she clearly ignored me while I spoke and DID NOT order the test. She made a snide remark while I spoke to her. What I quoted came from REAL doctors, researchers, people who used to suffer from eczema and a RN whose son suffer from eczema. While we were talking about my granddaughter’s eczema she asked her to lie back on the table. Then, she looked at her legs and feet. What she did next was VERY UNETHICAL and embarrassing for my granddaughter. She pulled back her panty and looked at her private area without asking, warning or discussing that she wanted or needed to look at her private area. She did it so fast neither of us could say anything beforehand. My granddaughter is very uneasy about people looking or touching around her private area. She was mortified!! Like what just happened! I had to gather myself while I tried to quickly put on her clothes so we could get out of the clinic before I blew a gasket. In her notes Blakley wrote only that the visit was a well child. With no discussion of the chest pain we discussed or her eczema which were the main reasons we went in for the visit. I put that in the notes when I made the appointment. I brought my granddaughter to the Bay Colony location in League City location 02/06/23

Poor bedside manner and very condescending. I found her to be impolite and inaccurate (giving her opinion as fact.) I would not recommended her, nor take my child to her again.
