I was surprised how Dr. Ann showed me great empathy, attention, and understanding about my trauma with my teeth. Money was not the focus; I feel safe there knowing I am in caring hand's. Full implants took me a year from beginning to end. I was always treated the same as day one. I had an abscess once over a holiday weekend, I called and left message at office, half an hour later there was an antibiotic waiting for me at the pharmacy! My last point is i had a consultation with a different practice prior to Dr Ann and I spent more time with a sales person than a medical professional, I can't even tell you what my implants cost me bc i don't care! Dr. Ann took care of me, I feel and look better. As a result I am healthier and happier both emotionally and physically ! I am very thankful for Dr.Ann and her staff.

Had very poor experience with Dr.Vu . They are quick to bill but not to amend billing error with the insurance . The filling ,and after $450 bill, had to be redone by another dentist to the satisfaction of the writer .Tried calling in ( Nickey) answers phone, left 6 messages and after many months , will probably have to secure legal means to retrieve monies. They never return the calls nor even want to resolve the problem. Look elsewhere.....their charges are extremely high and seem to want to "add" additional services not needed.

Our family has been seeing Dr Hunsicker and Hellertown Dental Group for many years. The business office is organized, the hygienists and dentists are both personable and professional, the equipment is modern and refreshed frequently. It can be hard to schedule routine appointments other than well in advance, but they have always been accommodating for emergent situations. One family member, herself a board certified surgeon, swears she will return here for dental care for the rest of her life regardless of where she is living. We are highly satisfied and highly recommend.

Staff was friendly and helpful

The office is spotlessly clean. The equipment is state of the art. The employees are all pleasant. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. My hygienist is thorough but gentle. I feel confident that the care I receive at Hellertown Dental Group is excellent. I actually look forward to my appointments.

I've had nothing but positive experiences every time I visit. I am sure I am not alone when saying that going to the dentist is not on my top 10 list of favorite things to do...this practice makes it easy. Very professional and compassionate.

Always great service. I do miss Cindy, but new hygienist gal was just great! Missed Dr H, but Dr Calie was also great.

I had a dental hygienist named Michael and he was great. Explained everything to me and t times, asked if I was OK with what he was doing. The doctor (didn’t catch her name) who came in to check me out seemed very caring. Very satisfied with my first visit.

My daughter had a wonderful visit and Katie, the dental hygienist, was absolutely amazing! She engaged so well with my daughter, made her visit enjoyable and quick, while still being extremely thorough!

After a 6 month wait for a new patient appointment, my husband and I were glad to finally get our teeth cleaned. The hygienists and dentists were efficient and thorough. Glad to finally have high tech dental office where we are now in the system!

Don't be so quick to trust a dentist until you know how they ethically and morally run there practice. That is my take home advice to any and all future patients.

The staff is very rude and brought my husband into the room without checking his name nor did the doctor. He was told about the work he needed and he said he was only there for a cleaning. They hurried out of the room and kept him there for a good 40 minutes or so. Needless to say, he walked out. The doctor never called or the staff for an apology, the receptionist only wanted to know if he wanted to reschedule. I also had a bad experience with the doctor since I wound up with a root canal instead of a crown since she was very heavy-handed with the drill. I come to find other people I spoke with felt the same way.

The whole practice is just phenomenal. Everyone is very friendly. They are very gentle. They are very accommodating.

Still the best bet in town.

I can't recommend this place. Takes months to get an appointment. Developing an abscess tooth and could not get an appointment for a month. Rude staff. Hundreds of perfect reviews on google. If it seems to good to be true, it . . .

Dr seemed rushed. Did not listen to my concern and worked on the wrong area. I said it was fine just so she would stop going further. Also made rude comment when I explaining which area of my tooth I was referring to. The Doctor also rushed through the rest of the exam when “checking” for cavities.

I was up all night in pain. I sent a text message early in the morning asking if they had any available appointments. Within a few minutes they responded. They fit me in the same day. They were able to pinpoint where the pain was coming from. They put me on antibiotics and I have an appointment in a few days to have the tooth removed.
