She doesn't act like a doctor, she acts like a wanna-be celebrity. Her ego is unbearable. UPDATE: I wonder how much she paid for all those 5-star google reviews.

As a patient of Dr. Anna Guanche, I cannot express how much I appreciate this office. The ladies are incredibly professional, highly skilled, and friendly. I have had medical and botox/filler procedures done at their office, and I have always left the office impressed with the care I have received. You will not be pushed to spend a lot of money, or to have procedures you do not need. You can park at the backside of the building...lots of street parking and a valet if needed. No charge for parking with valet, but I did tip him. Also, the office is very clean. I was concerned about COVID exposure, but everyone in the office wears masks and they take every person's temperature that comes in. They also space patients apart, so 6 feet distance is maintained. I recently went to Bella Skin Institute to see if I can brighten up my skin. I ended up doing a Jessner’s peel with Dr. Guanche. It was very comfortable and everyone was very inviting and sweet. Hubby noticed I looked more vibrant. Woo! Can’t wait to go in for another one!

I went to Dr. Guanche for a cosmetic consult and was so hesitant to look fake or overfilled. I told her all of my concerns, the sculpted look I was looking for, and of course, how worried I was that I would end up looking worse. She was SO kind and reassuring, laying out all my options to get the look I wanted. We ended up going a variety of things ( ones I didn’t think were possible ) and I STILL can’t get over my results. I went to this office extremely hesitant because I really didn't think expensive procedures would help my skin. I've had rosacea and awful texture on my skin for a decade and finally decided to see a dermatologist to see if they could help. I ended up having the most amazing experience. I got my first treatment of Fraxel 1550 and knew I went to the right place. I just recently finished my last treatment and my skin is better than I even thought was possible. I was referred to Dr. Guanche by my childhood best friend, and I was not disappointed. Her and her office staff go above and beyond to answer and address all questions and concerns. Dr. Anna Guanche is the absolute best in the dermatology industry. I had open heart surgery 5 years ago and my incision got infected. Dr. Guanche knew exactly what was causing the infection and gave me the needed prescription. Now she is treating my scar which is getting better and fading everyday. I have been a patient of Dr. Guanche’s for many years and there is no other doctor that I would ever consider going to for any cosmetic or dermalogical needs. In fact, we moved out of state 6 years ago and fly to Los Angels just to get treated by her. Dr. Guanche’s office staff is incredible, they are sweet, understanding, and extremely accommodating. Dr. Guanche’s work is also obviously second to none, my wife and I have gone to her for both dermatology needs as well as cosmetic needs and never had anything but a fantastic experience. I had very bad acne due to stress and I went to see Dr. Guanche and her PAs to help clear my acne. With her at home tools and skin care regimen and procedures every 4 weeks, my acne cleared completely.I have no acne, no scarring, NOTHING- just CLEAR skin! I religiously used Dr. Guanche's miracle cream and did the V-Beam Laser and Jessner's Peel! THANK YOU ALL for helping me feel more confident in my skin!

I had a great experience recently at Bella Skin Institute. The staff and doctor were fabulous and made me feel really comfortable during the procedure. The results were amazing!!! People are asking me if I lost weight and I actually had the Guanchelift! The sides of my face seem slimmer and my jawline is lifted. I could not have asked for a better outcome :) Thank you!

Dr. Guanche and her staff are simply amazing! From the moment I walked in the door and was greated by her friendly receptionist, to the cosmetic consultation, to the procedure, everything was flawless. Not to mention, Dr. Guanche is so funny and incredibly intelligent!!!! I will 100% be coming back for more procedures!

Wouldn't recommend her to anyone. She's not compassionate, insensitive and not punctual. My appointment was for 1.20pm, I went in there at 1.10pm to fill my paperwork. She came in to see my at 2.25pm! I checked with the nurse couple of times and she informed me that the doctor is running late! Why make so many appointments when you cannot keep up with them? I went to get my acne checked, she didn't even take a look at my skin, let alone a close one! Without asking my skin type, food habits or duration and frequency of my acne bouts, she started recommending some creams. I asked her to first tell me the cause of all my acne, she says..“do you want any treatment or not?” I told her I want to know what I should or shouldn’t do to avoid this, she provided some generic responses like - could happen to anyone, could be due to variety of factors etc. On probing further, she mentioned food habits, genetic reasons etc. Bottom-line is, she was of no help and I had to waste 2 hours of my life to find out! Last but not the least - I think she assumed I live in a well (how derogatory/racist/whatever!). She looks at me, trying to provide a cure and says.. “do you know what a facial means?” ???????? One of the sweetest and incredible doctors for all things skin! From anti-aging to skin cancer she’s helped me across the board! Her staff is top notch and I love that they all try everything to each give an individual experience. Highly recommend Dr Guanche!

Anna and her staff were very attentive and informative at my last appointment. Anna described the latest in procedures and again she did a great job at minimal procedure and maximum freshness. I walked out feeling good and two days later I feel fantastic every time I look in the mirror.

I would be very careful before proceeding with this doctor. She is not what she seems at first. I have no other motivation for this review except to save you time and money. I have never met a doctor with such arrogant and unaccountable behavior. She has many reviews like this as a result of how she treats her patients but she buries the negative reviews with many froathy and contrived positive reviews. Steer clear of this office.

I have been going to Dr. Guanche for few years now and I have never been disappointed with either the services I received or her welcoming staff. Dr. Guanche is very skilled and I mean that!! I am horrified of needles and horrified of Doctors period! But Dr. Guanche always makes me feel at ease. She is not pushy and never overdoes any treatment. I always end up looking so natural and amazing. She is warm and personable and doesn't rush you out of the office like other Doctors do.
