We went to see Dr. Patras for a consultation for my 7 y/o daughter. Office was nice and very modern looking. We were taken on time, which is a plus right there. The consultation was free of charge, and we spent well over 30 minutes there. Dr. Patras and her staff were very thorough and did not rush through anything. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained and we were given all the information to take with us. Unfortunately she is not in our plan, so I have to get creative. My daughter was very nervous, but told me after we left that she really liked it there. I highly recommend this office. Very pleasant experience!

This morning I brought my daughter in for an initial orthodontic consultation and was greeted most pleasantly upon entering the office. The staff was courteous, polite and thorough, answering several questions I had with regard to the completed paperwork in an extremely knowledgeable manner. My daughter and I were then given a tour of the bright and patient-friendly office by Barbara before she led my daughter off for photos, x-rays and scans. Once that was done, I was brought back in to the exam room while my daughter was examined by Dr. Patras, and a full explanation provided of why she needs braces and the course of treatment that will be provided. My daughter seemed very much at ease during the visit, and we were both extremely happy with our visit.

The staff at the desk is exceptional!! The one problem I have is I don’t understand why parents can’t go with their child to the treatment area. That way parents can have more 1:1 with the doctor and not left wondering what was told to their child. HIPAA was once the reason I was told about parents being discouraged in the back. Dr. Patras or other staff come out to the waiting room and update the parent sometimes with others nearby listening so HIPAA can’t be the reason. I feel the doctor is the one who should come out to speak to the parent, not the staff. Dr. Patras is extremely knowledgable but always in a rush and doesn’t want to be bothered with questions.

Started with my children getting braces and receiving excellent care from Dr Patras and her staff. Always friendly, attentive, informative, and making sure they were comfortable and progressing with their ortho plans. My wife recently decided to get Invisalign and also had an excellent experience. It was a no brainer for me, too, as I knew I needed Invisalign for my ortho plans, so I became a patient and just had mine fitted this week. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my first experience here was! It started with the first phone call to set up a consolation appointment. The office staff was beyond friendly and courteous. She was polite and did not rush me off the phone. She took her time, found an appointment that was convenient for my schedule, and most importantly, she did not make me like I was inconveniencing her. When I showed up for the appointment, it was the end of their lunch time. Dr. Patras came to the front door to let me in and welcome my daughter and I. After checking in the office staff (again wonderful), a gentleman came out, introduced himself, and gave us a complete tour of the office. What an absolutely beautiful and clean office! He introduced us to every single person there. While he took my daughter off to have pictures and x-rays done, he took me to another room to watch an informative parent video. Next we went to meet with Dr. Patras and Barbara and went over every detail. The techs were friendly, and went through all the protocols, from an office tour to describing the type of braces and technology the Dr. offers. We were happy with the time she took with us, explaining the current orthodontic issues and the initial plan to resolve them, and the options for how to resolve them. I was absolutely blown away by the courteous, helpful, and pleasant atmosphere I was met with at Dr. Patras's practice. I have yet to begin my journey or discuss the particulars about what will be required to fix some of the underlying problems that have lead to malocclusion, among other things. However, I left feeling confident with not only Dr. Patras, but of her entire staff. I am a perfectionist, and would undoubtedly like to have a more aesthetically pleasing smile, but I am also keen on improving my overall health. I am a medical professional (however, I did not reveal this to the office staff or Dr.) and I must say this is the friendliest most professional office I have had the pleasure to visit. This was our initial consultation for my 9 year old son. My son and I both felt immediately at home, from the warm, child friendly waiting area to the tour of the office and the educational video. I love the whole person approach. The evaluation and exam were absolutely thorough and well done. Dr. Patras and her staff have a warm and relaxing beside manner. She did an excellent job of reviewing all of the results and explaining what needs to be done to correct the problem both to me and my son. This was not our first orthodontic consultation, as I prefer to get a couple opinions before making a final decision. It will be our last, Dr. Patras and her staff are worlds above the other office we visited. After our visit I do not feel the need to attend the third consultation. About 3/4 of the way through the visit my son said to me "Mom, this place is amazing, no matter what this is going to be my doctor." I AGREE!! And the cost for the proposed treatment....VERY reasonable! (I was pleasantly surprised!) I wouldn't change a thing, keep up the EXCELLENT work. No complaints at all.

Dr Patras is the best hands down! Professional, kind and courteous.

The entire staff is very helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They made my daughter feel extremely comfortable which is very important. The office itself is very welcoming and tastefully designed. Its the little details that make a huge statement. I would recommend this office to my friends and family.
