Unfamiliar with common behavior patterns associated with Attention Deficit Disorders; no desire to learn about these patterns to improve the quality of treatment; unable to refer appropriately to colleagues with more experience in areas where she is weak. If a patient is responsive to talk therapy, this relationship may work for her, however this therapist is unable (or unwilling) to think outside of her box to individualize therapy for the unique needs and requests of the patient.
