Everytime we come, Mo always has such a great attitude and energy. Super kind and sweet to my daughter. Dr.Bain has always been great at what he does, I love the entire staff

I absolutely love this Office and the staff. They are always so friendly and understanding. Dr. Bain is great and so is his staff. Stella and Monique had me cracking up today.

Today was another amazing experience here at dr. Bains office! The staff here is always incredible and on point with everything! Dr. Bain is always so nice and calming always makes you feel so comfortable! My daughter and i have lots of favorties here but today miss karina was just amazing with my daughter! She was so calming and helpful and knows exactly how to make your child feel safe and happy! She was so kind offered my kiddo a blanket and everything went awesome! Thank you every one today at the office!

Dr Baine is a great dentist. He is efficient, kind, and the entire process is painless. Lily, one of the assisstants was great! She was genuinely interested in her patients and was so bright and cheerful. Made my day. 10/10

Wow! This is an amazing dentist office! My 9 YO has a lot of anxiety about visiting the dentist and Mo and all the staff here made her feel comforted and helped her get through her appointment without freaking out. Extremely courteous and comforting staff. Dr. Bain is great and funny too which kept her at ease! Thanks, y’all!

We love Dr. Bain so much. He was amazing to my daughter today while getting her cavity filled! He is an amazing dentist with an awesome bed side manner! MONIQUE! She is my daughters favorite assistant here at the Pflugerville location. She is always smiling and is so kind and patient with my daughter. That is so much appreciated! 10/10 experience every time Dr.Bain is the BEST!

I live in the neighborhood where this office is located and pay my HOA dues. I am currently 9 months pregnant with a sprained ankle, so limping and quite visually with child. I briefly pulled my car into the half empty parking lot of this office this morning in the corner behind a dumpster to briefly run a 5 minute errand because it was closest to my destination due to my forementioned condition. The dentist ran out and screamed at me that it wasn’t a public parking lot. With a tone like I was a criminal and if he was going to call the cops. His anger was palpable. Again, I was paused for maybe two minutes, was clearly leaving, and the parking lot was mostly empty. No empathy and too much time on his hands? When my son arrives guess we won’t be going to this neighborhood dentist. I’m certain with this extreme reaction he has no empathy for someone in his chair.

Do not be a pediatric dentist if you have no patience. Great for adults and older teens, I guess. Market towards that. Obviously, children are not for you.

My child had a great visit. We have been there for 2 years. Hygienist are always very friendly and very patient with my child.

I really like Monique. She was reassuring, patience, and kind with my daughter. She was the highlight of the visit. Overall she made the experience worthwhile. Dentist came in and didn’t say hello or even acknowledge me. I was even scolded at not to move an inch from my seat in the corner. Last time visiting this dentist office.

Been with Dr Bain since both boys were 2..they 23 and 21 and don't want to leave lol.

I have always enjoyed the staff here at Dr Bain’s office. My only frustration is not being able to get my daughter fitted for a night guard. They will only do this service at noon which will not work for my schedule. Over 3 hours wait, worst office, they are not mindful of parents time and parents getting back to work.The office manager needs to learn how to manage better. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Staff is great, Dr. Bain is rude and shouldn't be allowed to work with children. Why be a pediatric dentist if you don't have the patience. Every child is different. If you have a special needs child i would not recommend this place.

Dr. Bain and his entire staff are incredible, excellent pediatric dentist office all around. Dr. Bain takes his time when explaining what’s going on and is super thorough.

All 3 of my kids have always had a pleasant experience here. For 7 years we have been very glad to have Dr Bain as our pediatric dentist. The staff he has are really great with the kids as well. They always have big smiles and work so hard at making the visit a pleasant experience for each kid. Also, they are just large enough of a practice for me to have all 3 kids seen at once, and that is really nice to be able to get them all done at the same time. Worse office manager you can come across. They inserted my sons space maintainer incorrectly only for it to come out. We scheduled an appointment to have it redone and they cancelled it bumped him for another paying patient. They refuse to refund so we can take him else where. Seeking legal advice soon.

I am 5 years old and everyone was very sweet. They taught me the right way to brush my teeth. I got to see my teeth pictures. When I was finished I got a new toothbrush, floss, sunglasses, and a toy. Now I like the dentist. As Asoka's grandmother, I was very comfortable with the staff taking care of Asoka. My son was traumatized from being tied down at a different dentist offices but this office was wonderful they didn't only help my son but they help Me Too! These people are really good with children and adults I couldn't want to a better place.

I always enjoy the experience I have at Dr Bains office. I have 5 kids and he knows them all. He removers what we are working on. His attention to detail os appreciated. I have been coming to Dr Bain for all 5 of my children! The office staff is always fast and efficient in whatever is being done for my child. I can honestly say that there are plenty of reasons that I've been coming back for so many years. Thank you Dr Bain and to your staff over the years also!

Dr Bain is the nicest dentist I’ve ever had. I have a clef lip and pallet.(so my mouth is usually super sensitive and stuff) but I’ve had many oral surgeries and many dentist appointments. Dr Bain and his assistants are so nice, gentle, and sincere! They want me to love my smile! We have taken our kids to Dr. Bain for 14 years and we have been so happy with the staff who has become like family to us. We love them and really like the care our kids receive. I highly recommend them!

Mu son fell out and lost his two front teeth... I came here 3 weeks after the accident due to persistent inflammation... he was so afraid to open his mouth (he was 4 years old) because of the trauma he had experienced.. I calmed him down and said he would just look at it and he opened his mouth, said there was a small piece left, and pulled it out without num or anything . .... I have never seen such a thing in my life, of course, my son cried a lot and shouted ....he said harshly to the nurse, you will let me know when he calmed down and left the room.... As always, Dr. Bain and his staff are lovely and professional. Dr. Bain has been our pediatric dentist for 16 years, and I would recommend Small Smiles to everyone.

Hands down BEST pediatric dentist around and his staff is super nice! My children have see other dentists (due to insurance change) but we always come back to him. One of my daughters has had several procedures and Dr Bain is always friendly and patient.

Dr. Bain in a great dentist. Ms. Dulcet the hygienist was very helpful and friendly. We adore the staff and the care they provide our children.
